The Ordinary

My order arrived and when I opened it one of the bottles had leaked due to a faulty lid. It doesn't close fully so when in transit a lot of the liquid was lost. My order number is [protected] and the batch no on the product is 3DI . I ordered on the 1/27/24 and was delivered on the 30/1/24. As soon as this got delivered I submitted an online email to their customer service team and still have heard nothing back at all. After a week of not hearing anything I sent another email and still I have no reply. When I call I never seem to get through to anyone and I'm now losing hope.

I ordered the smooth skin collection in november and have been correctly using the products as recommended to ,using the products once a week like someone recommended me to do due too the products being so harsh but they haven't helped my skin at all and have even possibly made it worse I spent a lot of money on these products and iam extremely disappointed with the outcome I have faced.

This is regarding the moisturizing cream from The Ordinary.

I got it from Sephora in Dubai and started using it couple of weeks back.

It has been a terrible experience, i started developing acnes after using it for a couple of days but gave it a benefit of the doubt and still kept on using it , after another few days , i cant even touch my face - its horrible and so painful.

So, I tried out this thing called The Ordinary. It's a skincare brand that's supposed to be all fancy and stuff. I got their caffeine solution because I heard it's supposed to help with dark circles and puffiness around the eyes. But let me tell you, it did not work out for me.

First of all, when I put it on, it stung like crazy. And then, after a few days of using it, I noticed that the skin around my eyes was all red and irritated. And to top it off, it made my eyes look even more sunken in than they already were! I mean, I know I'm not getting any younger, but come on!

I don't know if it's just me or what, but I definitely won't be using this stuff again. Maybe it works for some people, but it definitely didn't work for me. So if you're thinking about trying it out, just be careful and maybe do a patch test first or something.

So, I tried out some products from The Ordinary and let me tell you, it was not a good experience. I used their niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% and Glycolic Acid 7% toning solution and boy oh boy, my face was on fire! It was not a pleasant feeling at all. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing these products again.
