I purchased several weeks ago two Olay body washes, Olay with niacide and Olay with collagen. I purchased both because I could not decide which one to get. I’m sorry that I did. I purchased these from a chain drugstore. I have never even considered why anyone would return to the store a body wash, so I didn’t save the receipt. I started using the Olay with niacin. My husband asked what the tiny black marks on the tub were from; I told him that I had no idea. My wash cloth had purple stains on it. I tried both body washes and found they were the cause. They are very difficult to scrub out. How do I get a refund. I am too old to be scrubbing these stains..
Desired outcome: Refund on products.

The label reads Ultra Moisturizer Hydratant in bold letters. After using it as a moisturizer under my make up I suffered with dry cracked skin, burning rash and swollen face. Didn't realize it was caused by the "Ultra Moisturizer" until my daughter read the fine print at the bottom saying it was a body wash. Yikes!
PLEASE change the label so others don't go thru what I did.
