Off Lease Only review: Nissan kicks 2020

On December 5th , 2022. I came into Off Lease car dealership to look st my options for a upgraded vehicle to my liking. The first incident that occurred which I should have used better discernment was being forced into a Kia suv because my credit was so "poor" management and sales person, reassured that once i had the car for some time that i would be able to exchange for the one I really like. The KIA broke down not long after, they exchanged the car to a Nissian Kicks 2020 and had issues with the car, Off lease would not call me back and now that I've gotten into an accident. The warranty is with with

( Warranty Solutions ) and they never answer

( Exeter Finance ) the bank lender for the Nissan Kicks 2020 vehicle, I have called the Finance company to seek lower monthly payment assistant.

I got heart surgery back in February of 2023 and while in the hospital my time to reinstate insurance over the phone through Freeway Insurance through Sherry Ramarattan whom wrote up an accurate policy that only covers the (other ) (vehicle) I've made payments to these three scamming United Insurance

I've left off lease managers multiple messages to call me back regarding my situation and I have yet to receive a call back.
