Four Seasons Home Services

On 05/04, Four Seasons charged me to run a camera in my sewage so they could give me an estimate on fixing my pipe, but they never gave me the quote and still charged me. Roto Rooter had already run a camera and I knew the fix was needed 6-feet from the stack and 5-feet down. I paid $430.00 to Four Seasons, but they never gave me a quote. After running the camera, *** waited for about 30-minutes and said his system was slow, and he would give me the quote later that evening, but I never received it. The next day, after not hearing from or being able to contact ***, I called C-*** Sewage. I couldn't wait any longer because my basement is finished, and water was seeping into the drywall. I also filed a complaint with my bank and want Four Seasons to return my money since they never provided the estimate. All documents are attached.
