We bought a new belt for our grass cutter
We bought a new belt for our grass cutter. The order number WPWGIPHJB, item number K5645-34710. We got it on July 27, 2022. We messaged them using the contact us button on August 6, asking about the tracking numbers or shipping info. On August 12, 2022, I emailed them again, requesting the tracking info or shipping status. Until now, August 17, I haven't gotten anything. We want the part or our money back. They're not responding at all.
