Since theday I moved in 3 years ago during the pandemic, everything has seemingly been harder than it should have to be. I have 3 disabilities and as someone considered at risk, I find myself hiding out and not wanting to deal with the types of workers you have been hiring, and not wanting to leave my apt because outside is always covered with dog mess or roaches, the construction has been 3 years and counting, and it's beyond inconvenient the detours and lack of proper planning and consideration that we deserve.

Here's my latest struggle: After having to take Nycha to court to fix the massive brown leak in my kitchen that ruined many of my belongings, caused the walls to bubble and deteriorate, and made me sicker in addition to the infestations it caused.

For 1.5 years Now, from what Stephanie the maintenance person tells me, my neighbor upstairs had a washing machine she was possibly being careless with, that was adding to the leaks. Additionally, maintenance told me about dinner comments my upstates neighbor made regarding myself, that would indicate they have no intention of changing their behavior.

This last attempt started off better than the 3previous. As you can see from my tickets I've tried several times to figure this out and get this done, but somewhere in your processes much is taking through the cracks.

Luckily you've hired James recently and I felt like you all finally made a good hire. The customer service, skillset, and professionali he showed me was spot on. This enabled us To isolate the issues. Apparently the upstairs Neighbor floods her bathtub to the pint it leaks into my bathroom due to having no "over flow" part. So several times a day itt trains in my bathroom and now I'm watching the ceiling deteriorate.

The plumbers came at least 3 times so fix it but the first time the upstairs neighbor said she works during the day so they have to come during the weekend. So we had to reschedule that and that didn’t happen for two months later. And then the next time they came back the plumbers came back without the piece. They came 12 hours like a whole other day knocked on my door and then asked if they could do the work and then they didn’t have the piece. So the plumber Conrad gives me his number and tells me to text him every few days to see if the Park comes in so that I can then schedule the fix. I did this one week. No two weeks no part a month two months no part. So I call Conrad no answer. I text Conrad. He says please stop texting me This is my personal line. I was confused because if I set the schedule for them to come and they don’t have their part I’m right back to the beginning and there’s only one person that I can call to see if they have the part and that’s Conrad the person who told me to call them to find out. I don’t know how to handle these people let alone get these problems fixed in a timely manner, or in a manner that is suitable to human rights.

I suffer from PTSD and I've heard my neighbor upstairs have physical altercations with some men while her children are home. I’ve had cps come to my house, asking about my neighbor upstairs children. Had leaks, infestations, and horrible customer service from really poorly trained street like unprofessional people who are trying to provide services that seem to be beyond them.

Joe, Conrad's coworker said they would be back the next day and I needed to remove everything from.the bathroom, it's been over 4 months. I don't know what to do and don't want to feel.any more unsafe inthis environment as I try to heal and maintain my health. I am struggling already.

I would really like you get along with everyone however unlikely especially my neighbors and contracted employees, but somethings I can't do alone. I'm truly worried something will get.outof hand?as it seems assume people are comfortable using the cops to harass others even though the cops told me they had a wired with hey several times before.

Please what can we do? , If it's not the constant roaches, the brown pipe leaks, the flies constantly by the leaking pipes, the unprofessional contractors with their own agenda, the constant inability to properly communicate, our property outside totally in shambles causing us much inconvenience, the neighbors smoking cigarettes in the Hallways, animal excrement where we walk, it's too much on top of my own health

Claimed loss: I don't have receipts so I don't know where to begin with the money spent regularly on fly spray bleach roach bait traps

Desired outcome: Mediation w/ upstairs neighbor to resolve issues positively, a plan to fix the true leak in my bathroom & fix whatever behavior or technical issues causing problem, communication explained professionally to tenants.
