Really easy team & process to work with. I was alerted to an opportunity for a debt consolidation loan via Credit Karma. I applied online, think it took 10 minutes, shared a bank statement, and was approved within 24 hours. My loan was funded over the next few days. From start to finish, the entire process took less than a week. Extremely efficient.

I really appreciate upgrade, I was really in a situation to where I needed help and out of the blue upgrade came and really helped me out, it was not hard to communicate with person I talked to over the phone, and all of the paperwork e-signing was done rather quickly and professionally in a timely manner, I would really promote upgrade to anyone I know.

I was looking to consolidate my bills after moving into a new home. This way, I could lower my monthly payments overall and cut my interest rate by more than 50 percent. Amazed at how fast the process was and the ease of use. Applied on a Monday by answering a few questions about myself and my employment, and was asked to upload a copy of a bank statement. The next day, I was approved. By the following Monday, the money was in my account. I requested a loan once before from a different company, and it wasnt nearly as easy as applying with Universal Credit / Upgrade. I highly recommend!

Well, when I went to upgrade website through credit karma and it was very easy to review and see what they offered about the loan and it was awesome, easy and fast, they let you know that you are approved the loan or not in about less than a minute, I'm very grateful that I'm approved so in the future I will refer all my friends and family to upgrade that who ever need some loan . I needed to consolidate some of my credit card debt so I filled out the online application and within minutes I was approved. I opted to get my cards paid directly and deposit the remainder of the loan info my account. The very next day the funds were in my account and my creditors were already receiving payment. This was the easiest loan Ive ever gotten. The process was quick and very convenient. I absolutely recommend it!

I was sceptical at first because I never heard of the company but after checking the reviews and applying I am very happy I use the company, unlike two other companies that ran my credit causing my score to drop and only giving me a secured credit offer,I did not have any problems with universal credit at all the process was very quick one day and I was able to get everything I wanted and more the company is GREAT TWO BIG THUMBS UP ?

The whole request was done online only call I received was the call I made to them. Meaning the process was easy and I was given a great deal. I know because I made several other requests and they were out of. My range by interest, to long to pay off, and they were getting about 60% of what I asked for. Giving the money to them cost me & additional $500+ . Make sure you want it before getting you sign that dotted line. You are never to old to learn something new!

Needed a loan to lower my debt and through my account with *** I was offered another opportunity so I jumped on it! It took a few days before I received a response and approval. However, will say the method to deliver bank statements securely and answer a few questions was simple. The best part is that I could receive the funds directly to my account with no need to determine which creditor was to be paid as some do not allow payments from a loan proceed. Thankful for this opportunity to get my finances in order!

My experience so far has been amazing. The application process was very easy and o was able to pay off four credit cards that I was paying a total of at least two thousand dollars for monthly. Now I have one loan and I get to use over 50% of what was going towards my credit card bills on other ventures. *** also been able to use the rest of my loan for personal things that I needed like a vacation. My monthly payments are affordable for my budget and Im looking forward to create better spending habits for a higher credit score. Im glad I chose upgrade.

Never received Loan; continuously said *** days needed from 10/17 now 11/29; this took 4 various calls. For example, when spoke to agents they kept saying; your loan approved then transferred to another rep who said they needed to verify IRS verification, need another ***days, then inquired again, needed more additional docs when they had all the docs they needed and more. Very unprofessional reps who clearly sat on the loan request for weeks and did nothing. I'm SO disappointed in this company and their lack of attention and communication abilities , via phone and email. They truly gave me the runaround from 10/17 and on.. I would COMPLETELY stay away from them.. I would normally spin a little bit of positiveness here but there are none to provide.. incredibility awful. NEVER AGAIN!

I was in need of a loan to help cover immediate health expenses until insurance took over. Being hesitant to have a hard inquiry on my credit rating after working so hard to get it to a "good" status, made me nervous. The application process was simple and straightforward. However, I had to wait a little more than 2 weeks and I heard nothing. I checked the web site immediately and it showed that everything was received and they were reviewing. So I called and found out that it was in "queue", I guess, and the CS rep said they'd push on up to be sure it was reviewed. Lo and behold, about 2 or 3 days later - success! Having this money will make the difference in being able to provide the medical procedures my loved one needs. Thank you for believing in me and making a life changing difference in my life! 5 stars had the information come sooner, but other than that, kudos for making this fairly painless!

- My personal experience with Universal -My goal: Consolidate almost 20k in card debt on 3 different cards.Short and to the point review/experience: Super easy, fast, 100% online, no phonecalls, fast approval, fast delivery of money into bank/payoffs, everything is very easy to understand.Long answer/experience:Everything was surprisingly easy. I was worried that it would be overwhelming, but it was not. It was a very hard decision to choose to get a consolidation loan and once we decided it was worth it, it was quick and easy to achieve. The APR is lower than our previous debts average APR, the application took maybe twenty minutes, and my debts were paid and the extra in my account in less that a week. I believe the extra amount went into my bank the very next day. I got zero phone calls, it was all a 100% online application. I highly recommend Upgrade, it definitely helped me find a reasonable loan for us, input all the info you can in the part where it sees what loans look best for you and it truly recommends what's best. Upgrade also made it SUPER easy to compare loans with eachother, you can organize your options based on Lowest APR, Smallest Monthly Payment, Etc. I did litterally everything in about 20 mins, the longest part was finding MY PERSONAL APRs on my other debts and comparing loan choices.Why Upgrade was so wonderful:I cannot stress how easy Upgrade was to use and so far the consolidation loan we chose has been a blessing. My husband and I are both in our early 20s. We grew up poor and worked very hard for what we have. We both have always worked manual labor jobs and have done everything we could to start off life together in a good spot. Well Covid hit us hard and during the first few months my husband broke his arm and I lost my job. Six months into Covid our savings was gone and we had to start paying medical bills on cards, groceries, and heating fuel for our house, and in time just so much stacked up. It was overwhelming and devastating to see what happened, everything was just gone. So when I say it was a hard decision, it truly was.Upgrade made it so easy to do all of this and because we could do everything online it was less "Embarrassing" for us and we felt like we got to keep our dignity through this. We litterally never had to talk to a single person. All the information was easy to access and straightforward so we never felt like we were being "tricked" or taken advantage of. We felt informed and confident in our final decision because of this. We 100% reccomend Upgrade and, god forbid we are ever in another situation like we are in now, we would use Upgrade again.

I ain't gonna lie, I was excited to get approved for Universal Credit. They said I could get a loan without having to put anything up for collateral. But then, confusion set in. I was real close to getting approved and then they hit me with a surprise. They wanted me to either fork out some cash upfront or use my *** card to make what they called a "pre-payment" on the loan. I didn't expect this and it didn't sit well with me. I ended up backing out of the deal.

I saw on 31st March 2022 that some dud borrowed $22,673 using my name without me having a clue. Upgrade or DBA- Universal Credit from ***, *** did it. They reckon I took this money when I didn't. They won't listen to me when I try to sort it out. Can ya help me out?

I ask for a loot on 10/19 and they said it was all good and that they'd give me the money in 1-4 days but it didn't come till the 6th day. Then they said they had to kick it up and it would be there the next day, but it wasn't. It was a long wait till they said they needed to resubmit it and then finally reapproved it on 10/30. But it's 11/02 now and they're still saying it'll be another 1-4 days till I get the money. I've talked to customer support everday and they keep saying the same thing but it's been 14 days already!

It has been a real battle trying to get rid of this darn credit card. I've been calling for 3 months now and it doesn't seem like anyone is even writing down that I've been calling. Finally, in early September, I got an email saying that they were on it. I waited for 30 days and called again, but it's still not cancelled. I talked to Neea and she said she's looking into it and even escalated it to the boss, but no dice. I asked her to send me an email to explain what's going on, but she wouldn't do it. I just want this card gone before it racks up even more fees. Honestly, I might have to call in the big guns and get a lawyer involved if they don't sort this out soon.

I'm writing to let you know about Universal Credit. It's a cool website that can help you with your finances. I think it's really helpful because it tells you how much money you have in your account and how much you owe. It also shows you what bills you need to pay. I like how easy it is to use. You just log in and all your information is right there. Plus, it's free! I recommend it to anyone who wants to keep track of their money.

5/21 I dun got an issue wit University Credit, y'all put a inquiry on my credit dat I ain't say was cool. Ya gotta remove dat mess, cuz according to da Fair Credit Reporting Act you cain't be checkin' my credit w/out my permission first. I didn't say you could pull my credit and now it's messed up cuz you done a hard hit on it. Dat act regulates credit reporting to keep people like you in check. Only legit businesses can pull my credit, not just anybody off the street yo. I don't even know how y'all got my social security number, but it ain't cool and it's got my credit all *** up. I need y'all to fix this ASAP and clear it up with Equifax. I'm in the military and added an alert so you would have to call me first, but y'all didn't even do dat. What's the deal yo?

So, I got this loan back in 2018 (#***) and I was doing good making all the payments every month until Covid happened. When it hit, I got put on furlough and I contacted Upgrade to see what my options were. They told me I could do a hardship program for 3 months, twice, and said it wouldn't mess up my credit cuz it would show up as all good. So I went on the lower payment for June to September , but then I went back to the regular payment in October. But then in 2021 they reported that I missed 5 payments to all the credit people and this really made my score go down a lot. I had been on hardship from April to September, then back to normal October and November, then back to hardship December to February. So I called Upgrade and asked them what was up and they said they were going to try and fix it. But now they did it again and reported the same missed payments to every credit bureau last week! Now I called them again and they said they gonna check it out and let me know, but I already know what the problem is. They gotta fix it and correct the credit reports. This is really ruining my credit score and I'm really about to lose the chance to buy a home cuz Upgrade keeps doing this every year and they take forever to fix it. They gotta pay me back for all the stress this is causing me!
