Customer ID. Submitted application for NCC certification on 04/08, paying a fee of $250 for this certification. I have emailed NBCC numerous times without response, as I have still heard nothing from them. I was initially told to wait 2 weeks per automated email response with submission of application , then 8 by website, now one day short of 11 weeks of waiting without ANY kind of response.

I have spent $240 to have my passing exam scores sent to Florida, Illinois, and then one copy to me. I have been told from the NBCC that scores were submitted to Florida on (3/4) and Illinois portal (1/27). NEITHER STATE HAS RECIEVED THESE SCORES TO DATE. The payment I submitted on March 16th and taken off my credit card March 20th for a hard copy sent to me is NOWHERE to be found in the system. I have made multiple calls to the NBCC, with no return phone calls and no help to resolve these major issues. My career and licensure is contingent upon Florida, Illinois, and Indiana receiving my passing exam scores. I have been trying to contact the supervisor since February/March to help me resubmit my scores and verify that these states have received them, especially since the NBCC has charged my cc. At the very least these scores should be resubmitted, confirmed they were received by the states, and a refund for the lack of professionalism and efficiency by the NBCC.

National Board For Certified Counselors I wanted to get on right standing with NBCC last year

I wanted to get on right standing with NBCC last year. I found out, that I was charged for 5 years of "late fees" although it was just a time I didn't want to be active in the organization. Not that I was late, as the fees are yearly. I decided it was worth it and shelled out over $500 in February and uploaded all of the continuing education units I've earned over the last 8 years. My account was selected for an audit and now 13 months later, my money has not gotten me access to any of the features of the organization, including ordering my score report, no one has looked at my account, no one has responded to my emails about the why it is taking so long, and another payment is due when the $500 was spent without access over the last year. At this point, I want my money back from last year and no longer want to be a part of the organization. They took my money, did not do their part but want me to upkeep my fees. Not okay.
