The National Benefit Authority Corporation So I'm currently in search of a company to represent me for past potential disability tax credits that could be owed to me

So I'm currently in search of a company to represent me for past potential disability tax credits that could be owed to me. I called around this afternoon to two different companies. I called The NBA 6times. Each time the automated system kept telling me to press one to leave a message and press two if I wanted to wait on the phone. Each time I pressed two I would listen to the system go through it's advertisements and then it would hang up on me. After the sixth time of me Trying (under both phone numbers provided on their website) I decided to no longer deal with them; since I was calling them under private/private number, since I was calling from my sons phone. So I called the two numbers between 12:34 pm and 12:39 pm feb 18, 2020. Well to my surprise at 2:17 pm same day I received a call from someone that did not identify herself saying I left a voicemail for them to call me back. Which I absolutely did not leave any information as I would hang up and try again. As I wanted to ask questions but didn't want them calling my sons phone at all. When I explained to the lady that I did not leave a voicemail and that she *** about that she then said that I called and my number went into their system for a call back. But I know '''% that I took the SHOW caller ID OPTION OFF! So how are they using a system that automatically shows your information without the information turned on. Secondly why *** and tell me I left a voicemail with all my information when I did NOT! Instead of being honest about how they gather their information from potential clients/consumers.
