The best products around!
This company has the best products around! I get the Jumbo Raw Peanuts in the shell for my furry friends who are now my outdoor pets, and because I'm across the country in WA state I sometimes run out before my shipment arrives and I have to go to the feed store to get some to tide me over... My little critters do not like these nearly as much. They leave these peanuts pretty much as compared to always having to replenish several times a day!
Have had the candy and the dried fruit really incredible! Use to go to Trader Joe's for dried fruit and now just Nuts.com! Their customer service is superb!
I'm proud to be part of the nut family!
Best nuts, beans, and dried fruit I have found
I have ordered lots of things from these people over the last 5 or 6 years -- dried chestnuts, dried apricots, dried cherries, red lentils, pinto beans, lots of things -- and I have always received the most beautiful product, fresh, clean, top quality. I always sort my beans carefully, and I have never found a little stone in their pinto beans. That's just weird. If I am looking for something I think they might possibly have I check here first.
I just saw that they had chestnut flour, so I did a search for how to use chestnut flour. I found a place that said it's the secret ingredient in Tuscan cooking. Oh boy. Um, yep. Added that to the order.
Really good
I saw their ad on TV and tried ordering as it's hard to find good snacks that are low salt, low sugar. Ordered some roasted unsalted walnuts, mixed nuts, almonds... Walnuts were the best I've ever had, juicy and flavorful. Mixed nuts were really good -- not dry like you find with other commercial products. Almonds were just ok -- not as good as the walnuts. I later tried their energy squares and these were delicious, just sweet enough, and pleasant flavor. The package arrived pretty fast after ordering and the bags contain a pretty sizable quantity of nuts -- which should last a while except they get eaten fast. I really like the whimsical cartoons on the packaging too. Will return to try other things.
Believe It or Not, Some Things are Free!
Correction:
The company informed me that their free gift is a holiday tradition, not unsold merchandise
I sent this to Nuts.com:
Congratulations! I always thought nothing is free but it seems I was wrong, I recently purchased some, hard to find, chocolate covered orange peel. They are very, very good. As I was emptying the shipping box,"When what to my wondering eyes did appear..." but a free holiday tin of four different treats, including surprisingly yummy, chocolate-covered gummy bears and tiny white chocolate pretzels! This, I assume was unsold holiday merchandise, which you could have been sold at reduced cost. Instead you added them, free-of-charge, including shipping, to my order. What a company! FYI, I'm going to repost this on Sitejabber.com; you may want to take a look. Have a prosperous New Year!
Toasted Coconut Marshmallows
I have to say that these are so delicious and soft that you could just let them melt in your mouth if you wanted to! They are the softest marshmallows ever and the taste is truly incredible! I had such a hard time putting the bag down so I took them back into the kitchen and kept thinking about them so needless to say I did this a few times and end up eating the whole bag within a couple of hours! I just couldn't stop eating them because they were so delicious! Truly! If you love marshmallows or just like them for that matter but like toasted coconut marshmallows more than plain, then seriously you gotta try these! I PROMISE you will not be sorry! The thing that will go through your mind besides how utterly great they are will be, "why didn't I buy more?!". I'm surprised they aren't charging more for these pieces from heaven!
Fantastic Organic Products, Fabulous Customer Service
Literally, this company could be my personal secret that I would not want to share with anyone because supply and demand might well price me out of their market but the company deserves great reviews. The product is always overnighted to me (I live fairly close) and they always follow up with emails requesting product reviews which shows that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Moreover, and most importantly, their product is amazingly high quality. I always order organic nuts and dried fruit from them and each time I am simply in another space of bliss while consuming them because they are so solidly enjoyable. I have ordered the organic salted cashews, organic mango, Turkish figs (a piece of heaven), and the trail mix (with dried organic pineapple!) Theirs is the best trail mix I have ever enjoyed. I just have one raised eyebrow about this company: who can get organic mango to look so beautiful without some artificial preservative? I have yet to ask them. I want to stay blissful but there has to be a catch.
My wife and I do really love Nuts.com's products
My wife and I do really love Nuts.com's products. They are tasty and great to snack on. That being said.. their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Multiple shipments were late based on their estimated arrival times. I understand these are estimate times, however if multiple orders are late each time based on the estimated delivery dates, please don't make the estimated delivery date so short (e.g. next day). The other more specific issue I had is when one of my orders mentioned it was delivered but there was no package to be found at my house. After multiple contacts with the customer service, there was not much they could do. They ended up sending us the order again after about a week's time. My wife was chatting with one of their customer representatives through the online feature and asked if they would be willing to give us a free shipping coupon for the inconvenience and the customer representative simply ended the chat on her. Pretty terrible way to handle customers when they are what keeps a business going. As of now we will not be ordering nuts.com again in the future. I would give a 1-star review but their snacks are tasty. We won't be ordering from them in the future due to the way their service representatives handle the customer.
Terrific! Started buying their products during the pandemic and will continue to do so. Thank- you Nuts.com. The other reviewers must be nuts and not the good kind like provided by Nuts.com.
I haven't had an issue with customer service but the products are way over priced. *** has 2 lbs. of nuts for the price of one lb. of nuts.com. The free shipping for over 59$ purchase is a joke. They should send it 2 day and not snail mail. They buy product in huge bulk and can well afford better and shorter shipping times. Won't be doing business with them anymore.
The product is great, but the shipping is horrible and when you call about a late delivery the only option given is "upgrade to the next level the next time you order and wait another week and call us back if your order is not received." Nothing else is offered - they only ship through *** and SmartPost. Find a local shop to purchase your snacks and you will be so much happier.
I have placed several orders from this company, and I have even offered to pay for a better shipping service
I have placed several orders from this company, and I have even offered to pay for a better shipping service. However, the owner has never responded to my requests, which seems to be a common occurrence. The other day, when I placed an order, I noticed something strange on the billing statement. The subtotal was correct, but the shipping fee seemed too low. As someone who specializes in shipping and reselling on various platforms, I know that it should be higher. Additionally, there was no tax included when there should have been, and there was a temporary surcharge listed. This is misleading and indicates that they are not being honest as a business. I urge you to carefully review your statements in the future. Taxes should be included, and price increases should be transparent.
Sent friends gifts this christmas and they loved it!

I haven't had any problems with customer service, but the products are very expensive
I haven't had any problems with customer service, but the products are very expensive. Nuts.com offers 2 lbs. of nuts for the same price as one lb. at ***. The free shipping for purchases over $59 is not good. They should send it in two days instead of using slow mail. They buy products in large quantities and can easily afford faster shipping. I won't be doing business with them anymore.
Love the products, but the customer service is horrible. I have ordered multiple times from them and typically the product arrives without issue (aside from some melting because their cool packs are no match for the Georgia sun... please upgrade those!). But this time was probably my last time- I ordered well in advance (~10 days or so) to deliver a gift package to my parents for Thanksgiving. I got the email message with a tracking number indicating that it was right on time for delivery on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I intentionally chose Tuesday in case there was a delay then hopefully they would still receive it by Thanksgiving. Wednesday rolled around and I realized I didn't have a notification that it had been delivered, so I contacted them and asked for the status. They had never actually shipped it! No apology, no nothing to keep me as a customer; they just offered to cancel my order for me. I'm done. Future customers beware if you're hoping for delivery in a timely manner.
I placed a rather large order and sent them a message about the cranstachio Mix. It contained about 12 old dried up tasteless pistachios and the rest were crainsins. I never heard back from them and would not recommend purchasing their products. Customer service is nonexistent. Buy from another company.
The nuts were hard, dry, and impossible to eat. I ordered a bag of white chocolate covered cashews, but instead got three bags of cashew pieces that looked like crushed peanuts. The almonds in the mixed nuts were like eating stones. Never again. Ever. These people need a lesson in customer service. Perhaps going broke will suffice.
Terrific!

STORE CREDIT FOR SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT. NO REFUNDS
I purchased 5 pounds of "lightly salted" cashews from this company and the bag I received was a mixture of fresh, rancid and broken nuts imported from various countries around the world. I contacted "Nuts.com" customer service and told them the cashews were inedible and was told by the customer service representative I would receive a refund and to toss the nuts in the garbage which I did. When no refund was issued to my AMEX card I contacted the company again was told I would only receive a "store credit". I told the representative there was nothing I desired to to order from the store after my experience with the "bad" cashews and I was still not issued a refund. I called AMEX disputing the charge and was given a credit by AMEX. AMEX then contacted the company and after 30 daysI was told that I was at fault for the transaction (at fault for what?) and AMEX reversed the original credit to me. However, I have reopened the dispute. How can "Nuts.com" give me store credit and force me to buy something from their website which I don't want? Why do they have the right to keep my money when I don't want to do any further business with them? The following is the company's present policy: "With safety as our top priority for our employees and our customers, we are suspending all returns and refunds at this time." So what does that mean? The customer is left between a "rock and a hard place". What is even more surprising is AMEX siding with "Nuts.com" and allowing them to hold my money hostage. I consider this plain theft and I am not going to concede this battle until I get the refund I am entitled to. I want my money so I can order from a company which has a better product and has a more responsive and responsible customer service.
I am a new customer and I recently purchased some Honey Roasted Cashews from Nuts.com
I am a new customer and I recently purchased some Honey Roasted Cashews from Nuts.com. Unfortunately, they were not fresh and tasted more like sugar-coated cashews rather than honey roasted ones. It was quite disappointing. I contacted Nuts.com to request a refund, but they refused. As a result, I had to dispute the charges on my credit card. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any more nuts from Nuts.com. I also noticed on ComplaintsBoard.com that Nuts.com has received a high number of negative reviews, with 60% of them being 1 or 2 stars. This reflects poorly on the company's reputation. Furthermore, Nuts.com has not even responded to my complaint. I would appreciate a refund, although they instructed me not to return the nuts.
Gave a 25.00 gift card to a friend. When she attempted to use less than half of it they were going to charge her 17 bucks postage for light weight Sesame Sticks. At that rate the postage would cost more than the gift. She doesn't want it, naturally; When I explained that to Nuts.com their reply from Fernando was: "Currently all refunds have been suspended at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience." It is not inconvenience it is outright theft. I am 81 years old, living on SS and 25.00 is a lot of money to me, and the fact of the gift being unusable and wasted is stressful. I am not returning merchandise and understand they may be short handed at this time, but electronic refund should not be hard unless you are totally lacking in integrity and prefer to take what doesn't belong to you!
Ordered jumbo cashews for $43, when they came they are not jumbo and there was a lot of small pieces mixed in. Complained and was told would get a credit for $34 just send order # and would mannually take it off. Well in order to get a otder number i would have to place another paid for otder and the hope it gets credited ,if not it costs me a 2nd time
I paid extra for 2 day express delivery. After 5 days the order was delivered. I would like a credit or refund for the delivery charge
I was charged shipping for defective product order ***. I have all emails concerning this transaction. I still have the product just in case the company would like a sample of the contamination.

I am a first time customer and I ordered some Nuts.com Honey Roasted Cashews. They were stale and just a sugar coated cashew not honey roasted all. They were sickening! I called Nuts.com and they wouldn't give a refund so I have to try to reverse the charges on my credit card. Needles to say I won't be buying anymore nut's from Nuts.com. On one of the reviews site's where I posted Nut's.com had 60% 1 and 2 star reviews. That is what kind of company Nuts.com is. They won't even respond to my complaint! I would like a refund. They said not to return the nuts's.

Beware of Live Bugs in Raw Spanish Peanuts from Nuts.com: A Disappointing Experience
I recently purchased a five pound bag of Raw Spanish Peanuts from Nuts.com. After a couple of months, I discovered tiny, LIVE, black bugs in the bag. I was quite alarmed and wanted to inform the company about the issue. Although my product was more than a month old, I didn't ask for a refund. I just wanted to warn the company that they might have a problem.
Despite my initial experience, I decided to give Nuts.com another chance and purchased a second five pound bag. This time, I poured the contents into a sealable plastic container to prevent any bug infestation on my part. However, after two months, I found more live black bugs in the container.
I immediately contacted the company again to try to warn them of a possible problem. However, I keep getting emails from Brian telling me that he can't refund my purchase price. I tried to explain that I wasn't asking for a refund, but rather trying to ask them to check their production line. Unfortunately, I keep receiving more emails from Brian telling me that he can't refund my money.
This experience has been quite scary for me. I'm now trying to find the phone number of the Health Department in Cranford, New Jersey to report this issue. Does anyone know the number?
Overall, I'm quite disappointed with my experience with Nuts.com. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of concern and action from the company is quite concerning. I hope they take this issue seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that their products are safe for consumption.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Nuts.com: Shortage, Rancid Nuts, and Nut Powder Flakes
We recently purchased some organic mixed nuts from Nuts.com in 1 pound packages. We were quite pleased with the quality of the nuts, so we decided to go for the 25 pound organic mixed nut product.
When the box arrived, we were excited to dig in and enjoy our delicious nuts. However, we quickly realized that something was amiss. We weighed the box and found that it was more than 3 pounds short of what we had ordered.
Naturally, we called the company to report the issue. But instead of offering a quick and easy solution, they asked us to hoist the unwieldy bag back on the scale (a triple beam accurate one, mind you) and take a photo of it with the weight. Then, we were supposed to send the photo to them.
As someone who has ordered many large 1 pound orders in the past, I found this request to be quite ridiculous. I informed the customer service representative that this was not a reasonable solution and asked if they could please render some actual customer service by simply shipping us the shortfall.
After putting me on hold for what felt like an eternity, the representative finally came back and said that they would ship out 3 one pound bags to make up for the missing weight. Unfortunately, these bags turned out to be rancid and we had to throw them away.
To make matters worse, the 22 pounds of nuts that we did receive were full of nut powder flakes. This was incredibly disappointing, especially considering the high volume of orders we had placed with Nuts.com in the past.
All in all, this experience has left a bad taste in our mouths. As a result, we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future. It's a shame, because we really did enjoy the quality of the nuts themselves. But when it comes to customer service, Nuts.com has a lot of room for improvement.
Second Chance with Nuts.com: A Disappointing Experience Yet Again
Last July, I wrote a review about Nuts.com that wasn't too positive. I was just being truthful about the terrible service and products I received from them. I even advised other buyers to shop elsewhere if they wanted to keep their sanity because the customer service staff there has become useless. However, I recently found myself in a situation where I needed to get nuts in a hurry. My wife convinced me to give Nuts.com another try since we live only 20 minutes away from them. I thought, "Why not?"
Well, let me tell you, it was a big, big mistake. The nuts were shipped by a fly-by-night delivery service that Nuts.com chose. Of course, the nuts arrived two days too late for my needs. During the delivery process, I contacted Nuts.com to see what the problem was, and of course, I got the same old bull$#*! from them. It was frustrating, to say the least.
From now on, I will listen to my own advice and shop elsewhere. Even Amazon is better. Don't make the same mistake (twice) that I did. Send your money to a company that respects its customers. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration dealing with a company that doesn't care about its customers.
Disappointing Experience with Nuts.com: Contaminated Product and Poor Customer Service
We recently had a bad experience with Nuts.com. We received a product that was contaminated and it made us sick. We contacted them about it, but they didn't seem to take it seriously. They acted like it was no big deal, even though two state Health Departments were investigating the product. The product was a chocolate mix from a company in Pennsylvania that was contaminated with bacteria. We were really disappointed with how Nuts.com handled the situation. They said they would get their food safety people involved, but it turns out they don't even have any food safety people.
One of the problems with Nuts.com is that they use bins to store their products and then fill packages from those bins. This results in products that are cramped, damaged, broken, and squashed. It's not surprising that our product was contaminated. We had it tested and it was confirmed to be contaminated.
We were really disappointed with how Nuts.com handled the situation. They acted like happy idiots and didn't seem to care that their product made us sick. We've decided that we won't be ordering from them anymore and we're waiting for the state agency results. We recommend that you go somewhere else to buy your nuts and snacks. Your health is too important to be treated so lightly by Nuts.com.
Disappointing Experience with Nuts.com: Order Never Arrived, Poor Customer Service, and Unreliable Courier Service
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Nuts.com. I was really excited to order some candy to decorate my gingerbread houses for a party, but unfortunately, my order never arrived. I have no idea what the quality of the candy is like, because I never got to try it! Instead, I had to scramble to find a substitute candy just hours before the party started. Not cool, Nuts.com.
To make matters worse, their customer service was totally unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue. It took me THREE WHOLE DAYS to finally get in touch with someone on the phone, and they never even responded to the two emails I sent. What gives, Nuts.com? I thought you were supposed to be a reliable online retailer.
And don't even get me started on their courier service, OnTrac. That company is a total mess. Their tracking system is a joke, and my order was "stuck" at one of their facilities for FOUR WHOLE DAYS. Can you believe it? The facility was only 20 minutes away from my house, and I even offered to go pick up my order myself, but they wouldn't let me. What a nightmare.
Honestly, I don't think I'll ever order from Nuts.com again. I'm pretty sure all those positive reviews on their website were written by people who got something in return for writing them. And when I tried to write my own review on their website, it wouldn't even go through! This was definitely one of the worst online order experiences I've ever had. So if you're thinking about ordering from Nuts.com, BEWARE.
Warning: Nuts.com Walnut Pieces may contain shells - Beware of Dental Damage!
I gotta say, I'm a big fan of Nuts.com. I order from them all the time, but I gotta warn y'all about the "Walnut Pieces." Now, I ain't no grammar expert, but I noticed in the ingredients note that it says it contains SHELLS! And I ain't talkin' 'bout the kind you find on the beach, folks.
May contain occasional shell fragment.*** Packaged in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame, and milk products.
Let me tell ya, I would NOT recommend this product. I almost broke a tooth on one of them dang shells, and there were NUMEROUS shells in just the first 1/2 cup in my bag! Now, I ain't no dentist, but I know dental work is VERY EXPENSIVE. You don't wanna pay $9.99 for a bag of walnuts that could cost you $$$$ thousands of dollars in dental work! This needs to be posted in BOLD on the product subject line, not just in the "ingredients" line where it blends in. I ain't had no other issues with Nuts.com, but this needs to be addressed, y'all! I don't know ANYONE that would purchase nuts knowing they are opening themselves, their family, and their friends up to major dental work for broken teeth due to shells in nuts. This just ain't cool, AT. ALL. :/
Poor Customer Service and Billing Address Issues with Nuts.com
I recently made an order on Nuts.com and was excited to receive my package. I went through the checkout process and entered my shipping address without any issues. However, when it came to entering my billing address, I ran into some trouble. My billing address is a PO box in a different town, which is something that USPS does all the time. But apparently, Nuts.com didn't believe me.
I received an email from them saying that they were going to cancel my order unless I replied to their message. I quickly responded, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any response back. To my dismay, they canceled my order. I thought that maybe it was just a fluke, so I decided to re-order the items. But to my disappointment, the same thing happened again. I received an email from customer service, replied immediately, and still didn't receive a response. They canceled my order once again.
I was frustrated and annoyed with the whole situation. Why would Nuts.com have options to enter different shipping and billing addresses if they refuse to accept that it's possible to have different addresses? It doesn't make any sense to me. Every other online retailer that I've used in the last 20 years has been able to get past this issue and send me my items without any questions.
I would not recommend buying from Nuts.com. Their customer service and training seem to be terrible, and I'm not sure what else could be causing these issues. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to trying their products, but I guess it's just not meant to be. Nuts to them!
Nuts.com Review: Nice Packaging, Terrible Product, and Awful Customer Service
The good: I gotta say, the packaging is pretty nice. And even though you gotta pay for it, the delivery service is pretty good too. I've ordered from Nuts.com quite a few times now, 'cause I love me some nuts. But I gotta be honest, the product just ain't good. I keep hoping it'll get better, but it just keeps getting worse. The nuts are often all soggy and nasty, or overcooked and dry and crumbly. And the product is never consistent. Sometimes there's way too much salt, and other times there's almost no salt at all. I've never had a really good bag of nuts from them.
The bad: Their website is a real pain in the butt to use. It doesn't let you go back to the section you were in, so you gotta start all over again with each search. It's a real hassle. And don't even get me started on their customer service. If you call in with a problem, they're just plain nasty to you. And then they act like they're doing you a big favor by adding a $5 credit to your account. But here's the catch: you can only use that credit if you order again and pay the $14 shipping charge. What a joke. Their guarantee is totally useless.
The ugly: The people at Nuts.com are just plain awful. And to top it off, their website is totally rigged. They only allow good reviews to be posted, so you can't trust anything you read on there. I've tried and tried to give them a chance, but I know now that I gotta shop elsewhere. So beware, folks. Don't waste your time or money on Nuts.com.
Disappointing Experience with Nuts.com: Poor Quality and Unacceptable Customer Service
I recently placed an order with Nuts.com and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the product I received. The nuts were stale and had a terrible texture, tasting like nothing other than cardboard and salt. I understand that every product can have a bad batch, but I was put off by the way the company handled my issue.
I initially sent an email to the company, but received no response for several days. Frustrated, I decided to call and explain my issue. The representative I spoke with informed me that the best they could do was offer me a $4 credit for my $30 order. This was less than an eighth of my order total, which I found to be unacceptable. The website claims that the company is "100% committed to customers" and will do whatever it takes to make things right, but this was clearly not the case in my situation.
To make matters worse, Nuts.com does not allow customers to write reviews for their products. I am unable to warn future customers about the quality issues I experienced with this product. I find this to be a disgusting and archaic business practice.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Nuts.com. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I believe that the company could have handled my issue in a more satisfactory manner. I would caution future customers to be aware of the lack of transparency and customer service when considering ordering from this company.
Disappointing Quality and Lack of Freshness from Nuts.com
I've been a loyal customer of nuts.com for a few years now and let me tell you, they used to be amazing. The nuts were always super fresh and of the highest quality. Sure, you had to pay a bit more for them, but it was worth it for the superior product. However, something has changed in the last couple of years and the nuts are just not the same. They're not even close to being fresh and the cashews have absolutely no flavor. It's a shame because I used to love ordering from them.
Nowadays, I can just go to my local grocery store and buy a can of Planters peanuts that are fresher and taste better. Plus, I don't have to pay ridiculous shipping charges. I think the biggest issue with nuts.com is that they store the nuts in non-vacuum sealed plastic bags. I'm no expert, but I think that's what's causing the lack of freshness. It's really disappointing because it seems like such a simple solution to just vacuum seal the bags, but they don't do it out of pure greed.
I've decided that I'm not going to buy nuts from any source that isn't vacuum packed. It's just not worth it to me to spend money on something that's not going to be fresh. If you're trying to sell a premium product, you need to make sure it's actually premium. Otherwise, you're just setting yourself up for failure.

Bad service
Ordered some nuts and dried fruits from Nuts website. I really loved this site in the past and was always satisfied with the product and service, but my recent experience was terrible!
I contacted these guys and told them that my order was incorrect and asked for an exchange. They said no problem and asked me to return everything in order to get a replacement. I even paid some extra for the return shipping! But these clowns keep telling me they never received anything and that they are unable to send me a replacement. When I contacted the shipping company they said that Nuts company did receive the package! I have no idea who was lying to me and I actually don't care, all I want is my money back!
