In the description of this fandom Merch store it says "BoxLunch ranks 51st among Food & Drink Other sites." When the company has nothing to do with food or drinks... unless you count their kitchen ware merch. BoxLunch is a subsidiary of Hot Topic.

Not only didn't not get any noticed that my order had came in did not receive an email, I received an email that my order had been canceled. Went I went to store the workers were unhelpful, rude and did nothing on top that..I have to see moments later them posting my order they canceled for sale in their instagram..boxlunch in Visalia California happened on 10/10/2023

BoxLunch is a store that you should avoid at all costs. They treat their workers like garbage and only hire their friends. The Human Resources department doesn't give a damn about the employees. It's a shame that a company can get away with treating people so poorly.

I went into the store and was immediately greeted by a rude employee who clearly didn't want to be there. The store was a mess and it was clear that no one cared about keeping it clean. The prices were outrageous and the selection was terrible.

I later found out that the reason for the terrible service and selection was because the company only hires their friends. They don't care about the customers or the employees. It's all about making money for themselves.

I tried to contact Human Resources to report the mistreatment of the workers, but they didn't care. They brushed me off and told me that they would look into it, but nothing ever came of it.

It's a shame that a company like BoxLunch can get away with treating people so poorly. I urge everyone to boycott this store and find somewhere else to shop. Don't support a company that doesn't care about its employees or its customers.

BoxLunch is a pretty cool store, but I gotta say, their shipping times are just plain ridiculous. I ordered something on December 30th and it's not supposed to arrive until January 9th. Like, seriously? Are they delivering the package via horseback or something? It's just too long to wait, especially when you're excited to get your hands on something.

I mean, don't get me wrong, I like the stuff they have on their website. It's all really unique and fun, and I appreciate that they donate a portion of their profits to charity. But if I have to wait 11 days for my order to arrive, I might as well just go to Hot Topic or the Loungefly website instead. At least they have faster shipping times.

Well, let me tell you guys something about the BOXLUNCH website. I made a decision to Pre-order a backpack loungefly around 2 weeks before Black Friday. I was hoping to get it before Christmas. Oh boy, I still don't have it, and guess what? It's already March, and I'm still waiting for it.

I have reached out to their customer service numerous times and unfortunately, the responses I've received have not been helpful at all. It's quite frustrating to not get a clear answer from them. As a customer, I feel so disrespected.

This whole experience has left me feeling outraged, and I've realized that I will never be using BOXLUNCH again. It's a shame because I had heard good things about the website before, but my experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I would advise any potential customers to be wary before placing an order on BOXLUNCH.
