I have picked up my car and i have noticed the car inside interior was filthy and stained and also had a bad smell. For a rental company to give out a vehicle in that condition was unacceptable. I had called to return and switch out the car and unfortunetly they only had minivans. As i received the mini van i had notice there was no winshield washer fluid and front windshield was not able to be clear and visible to drive. This was very frustrating for a customer to go on this uncomfortable relationship with this company. I am very disappointed with the service they have provided in which they was also trying to upsell me to a vehicle that did not meet my needs of transportation knowing the frsutration i had experienced with there first car provided to me.
I would honestly like this to be considered for future customers not to overcome these obstacles.
Customer service should be better in the needs of the customer support. I am very disappointed as this was my first time renting from this company.
I would kindly ask for a refund for which my services was not met and for the frustration and time lost in this matter. I would also like to add in all this that has happen i have forgoten my sunglasses in the first rental and i have asked for assistance in the matter in which they have refused to help. I understand the policy of items left in vehicles but in this case i was to frustrated and tired do to the vehicle and the customer service provided to me that led me to want to leave the premises urgently. I have also kindly inform the employees how can they let a vehicle in that condition be rented in which it is not in best condition. I apologies for any incovenience on both sides on this matter. I wish my first experienced would have brought more business relations in the future but as of now i will no longer be. Thank you.
