I returned my rental vehicle on time to the Westin Hotel at LAX. NU claimed there were damages to the car of which I was not aware. They charged my credit card $ 500 and promised to send me details (damage report and estimated cost of repairs) within a couple of days. It is now 2 months later and I have not received anything.
I have called them several times to secure the above information and all I got was voice mail. I have left detailed messages asking for a return call, but once again I have heard nothing.
My insurance company will not reimburse me without that necessary information..
I am being totally ignored and am out $500. How can I get NU to respond?
