Our debarkation port was changed by our cruise line so I needed to cancel the reservation. I had pre-paid for a 2 day car rental reservation. Our cruise isn't for 3 months in the future. Firstly, my credit card was charged more than the displayed rental rate. $182.68 vs $161.72. Secondly, I was told there would be a $25 administrative fee for cancelling the reservation. NU was making interest on my pre-paid reservation. This is shady.

Claimed loss: $25 administration fee

Desired outcome: Refund the pre-payment and the $25 administration fee.
