I placed my order on Novadab's website 8 days ago at 6:24:37 a.m. PDT. This order is for my daughter and my nieces' graduation gifts, and I even paid extra for priority shipping. However, I am disappointed to see that my order has not been mailed yet. It only has a label and is currently awaiting arrival as first class mail. This means that it is not being shipped as priority mail, which is quite frustrating. Now, it seems like the gifts won't arrive in time for their graduation, making the priority shipping option pointless. To resolve this issue, I have tried calling Novadab's customer service four times, but unfortunately, nobody answers the phone. They simply hang up on me, which is incredibly frustrating. As a result, I am feeling quite upset and frustrated with the whole situation.
