I chose like 8 musicians, 1 game and 2 movies. I see 0 musicians, 0 games and *** movies in my questions. (Also why do i need to have 300 x 300 pixel resolution?)
It's not great
This would be good for children. Not highschoolers. There are barely any interests and if you get a single question wrong, you have to answer two extra that don't count for anything. Not very good
It feels JUST how it looks. NOT TOO GOOD
There are a pretty good amount of times when I get some question correct, but it counts as wrong. I end up getting angry and mass report the question (report it billions of times), and it can be very frustrating. If you get something wrong, you are forced to do the same question twice. However, there is a tiny bit of fun to have in the diagnosises and the quizzes because those things don't reside there. However, I found something that came to my attention...

Copy this link, paste it, and you'll find something that is the reason this gets a bad rating. I know this isn't meant to happen which is why it's at least better than a one, but still it's super dumb. Check it out.
Helped a gifted child care about learning
I have ADHD and Autism, which in relation to school is both a blessing and a curse. I enjoyed using NoRedInk because it does not punish me for learning, and its lessons were easy to understand. I especially love that it uses the names of characters from your interests, because I like trying to imagine the characters in the named scenarios while I do the assignment. It keeps me focused and entertained while I work, and I actually learn from it! Thanks to NoRedInk I know when to use which vs that, how not to use misplaced or dangling modifiers, how to tell the difference between restrictive and nonrestrictive clauses, and so much more!
I approve
I'm only writing this because of the absurd amount of 1 star reviews there are, there doesn't need to be that many.
People keep saying this website is suffering, I personally beg to differ, this was a really interesting way of learning grammar. If you are one of those one star reviewers, you might try to justify the fact that the UI is incompatible with certain people, but if you have a functioning unsalty brain and you are willing to pay attention, you should know how this thing works. Now I will admit, the usage of random characters to put in a preexisting text is quite weird and lazy, but it doesn't matter.
This review may be targeted towards the one star reviewers, but if you are a teacher looking for a good website to teach literacy, this is the website for you.
Also I found out that you can put images within the text boxes.

Review of NoRedInk: Pros and Cons of this Grammar and Writing e-Learning Platform
If you're a student aiming to improve your grammar and writing skills, or if you're a teacher looking for an online tool to enhance your students' learning experience, NoRedInk (noredink.com) is a platform that might pique your interest. However, before you dive into using it, it's useful to take a closer look at the pros and cons of this e-learning website.
Firstly, NoRedInk has received criticism from some users about its teaching methods. When taking quizzes, for instance, students may feel frustrated at times when they answer a question incorrectly, and the website asks them to answer the same type of question two more times. This can make the learning process feel tedious and boring, as well as potentially not helping less confident students figure out the correct answer. Additionally, the website's teaching style may be more geared towards visual learners, which can put non-visual learners at a disadvantage. In this sense, it's worth considering whether the teaching style aligns with your personal learning style before fully committing to using NoRedInk.
However, not all of NoRedInk's features are a source of frustration. One of its main advantages is its ability to tailor the learning experience to each student’s needs. The website customizes a learning path especially for the student, meaning they will work on areas they need to improve on specifically, instead of being presented with something they already know. The exercises are also designed to be practical, and students get to apply their learned skills in real-life writing scenarios.
Aside from its customization option, NoRedInk has grown in popularity due to its engaging interface. Utilizing examples from pop culture and modern icons, grammar and punctuation aren't made to be a snore-fest anymore. Most exercises take the form of quizzes in which students have to identify the correct usage or performance to do with grammar rules. The website uses a gamification technique, so as the students progress they have opportunities to earn badges and rewards.
In conclusion, while NoRedInk has faced criticisms regarding its teaching style, it does have some features that may be beneficial for individual learning paths. Its personalized learning and gamified interface may be able to keep students more engaged in learning. However, it's also important to consider whether the teaching style aligns with your personal learning style before committing to using it as a learning tool.

NoRedInk Review: Frustratingly Flawed and Outdated Software for Grammar and Writing Practice
As a user of NoRedInk, I am disappointed with my experience using their website. While the concept of improving grammar and writing skills through online exercises is a great one, this particular website leaves a lot to be desired.
One of the most frustrating things about NoRedInk is the sheer volume of errors within their exercises. It is disheartening to spend time thoughtfully answering questions, only to be told that your answer is incorrect due to a mistake on the site's end. These mistakes raise the question of whether or not the site's developers have put the same care and attention into their product as they expect their users to put into their homework.
I am also disappointed by the lack of updates and improvements to the site. While NoRedInk was a novel concept when it was first launched, it seems as though the site has not received much attention since then. This is especially disappointing given the fact that the site requires payment to access many of its features. For users who have invested money in this site, it is frustrating to see such a lack of investment in its user experience.
Ultimately, I cannot recommend NoRedInk as a tool for improving grammar and writing skills. With its many mistakes and lack of updates, it seems as though the site is not committed to providing a quality experience for its users. In my opinion, there are likely better resources out there for those seeking to improve their writing abilities.
NoRedInk Review: Unreliable Platform Fails to Back Up User's Work
I recently had the unfortunate experience of using NoRedInk for my writing needs, and let's just say it wasn't a pleasant one. Although I did appreciate its user interface, I was absolutely dismayed when I spent hours writing an essay, only to have it disappear completely due to my failure to hit the "save" button. As someone who has used several other online learning platforms in the past, I've never encountered this type of situation before. With other platforms, I've either had my work saved automatically or been prompted to save as I went along. Needless to say, the fact that NoRedInk doesn't back up its user's work is incredibly frustrating.
Moreover, it's not just the fact that my work vanished that left a bad taste in my mouth; it was the platform's lack of a solution. According to NoRedInk, there is no way to retrieve a document once it's accidentally deleted, which is unacceptable in my opinion. As a writer who pours significant time and effort into my work, I want the peace of mind that comes with knowing that my progress is protected. Unfortunately, NoRedInk doesn't deliver that.
All in all, I must say that I was quite disappointed with NoRedInk's service. While I appreciate the tool's attempts to simplify the writing process, the fact that it doesn't back up its user's work significantly undermines its usefulness. Given the apparent unreliability of the platform, I'm going back to Google for my essays from now on. Hopefully, NoRedInk will fix this glaring issue in the future.
Review of NoRedInk: Personalized Platform for Grammar and Writing Practice
.
As a student or educator, navigating the vast terrain of online learning and educational resources is no small feat. There are countless websites out there, all vying for our attention, claiming to be the best and most effective way to learn. In this crowded market, it can be difficult to know which ones are truly worth our time and energy.
One of the resources that has recently gained popularity in the education world is NoRedInk. This website aims to help students improve their grammar and writing skills with its personalized learning platform. However, like any learning platform, it is not without its flaws.
One major issue that some users have experienced with NoRedInk is the way the website handles incorrect answers. When a user answers a question incorrectly, they are required to answer two more questions correctly before they can proceed to the next level. While this may seem like a good way to reinforce proper learning and prevent students from simply guessing their way through lessons, it can quickly become frustrating, especially for those who are working through many questions in a single session.
Moreover, the requirement to answer two additional questions before moving on can lead to a time-consuming and potentially discouraging experience, making it feel like one's progress is hindered. The platform does not explain why this method is used or how it helps in the learning process, leading many to question its effectiveness.
Despite this drawback, NoRedInk still offers a variety of resources that can be useful for classrooms and individuals alike. The platform is customizable, meaning it can cater to the needs of individual students or specific classes. Additionally, the exercises and quizzes on the site are aimed at being engaging and interactive, making learning more enjoyable and effective overall.
Overall, while the requirement of answering two additional questions may not suit everyone's learning style and can be discouraging, NoRedInk remains a useful tool. With its personalized platform and engaging exercises, it can still provide benefits for its users in the realm of grammar and writing.
Review of noredink.com: Flaws to Consider for English Language Learners
The online platform, noredink.com, has been a popular tool for teachers to use in helping their students master the English language. However, some users have noted that the platform has its flaws. One of the biggest issues is the lack of engagement within the program. Many students find it difficult to stay focused due to the monotony of the learning format.
Additionally, some exercises appear to be too predictable. For instance, when working on the distinction between strong and weak statements, it seems that one can simply guess what the answer is based on a pattern of strong, strong, weak, weak. This makes the exercise less challenging and less beneficial for the student in terms of learning.
Furthermore, noredink does not offer a dynamic or interactive approach to learning. It is essentially a checklist of exercises that can be viewed as tedious and even frustrating. Instead of offering a fun and informative way to learn English language skills, it has the potential to induce mental fatigue and boredom.
Another issue with this platform is that it frequently asks invasive questions that are often irrelevant to the language learning process. For example, unnecessary questions about one's favorite TV shows or movies are included in some exercises. It seems as though these questions are included to relate more to the interests of the students, but they can be perceived as unprofessional and unnecessary.
In summary, noredink.com has its evident weaknesses, and as such, may not be the most favorable or effective platform for English language learners. It's important that teachers are mindful of their students' learning experiences and needs, and explore other alternatives that may be more engaging and accessible.
NoRedInk: A Frustrating Learning Tool with Poor Execution
NoRedInk has been a topic of conversation among students lately and unfortunately, most of it hasn't been positive. In my experience, I found that NoRedInk can be incredibly frustrating because of its tendency to ask multiple questions for a single incorrect answer. This repetitive process leads to seemingly endless quizzes and assignments, making what would normally be a quick task take much longer to complete. The frustration that comes with this can be physically draining, and in some cases, may even make students feel inadequate.
While NoRedInk is a valuable concept, the execution of this learning tool leaves much to be desired. The lessons provided do not always offer the clarity needed to understand the concepts correctly, leaving students struggling to complete tasks set for them. Students often find themselves feeling overwhelmed as they struggle through tens, if not hundreds of problems, yet can walk away feeling as if they were better off to go back to reading their textbooks and learning in other ways.
Personally, I'd recommend that teachers serious about providing quality grammar education for their students look for other websites. NoRedInk's repetitive quizzes, poorly presented lessons, and frustrating user experience are not worth the effort that goes into using it. Indeed, for any teacher, this app should be seen as an absolute last resort. There are simply too many better options available that will allow students to thrive and overall be successful in their learning. Therefore, it seems reasonable to say, in my humble opinion, that it would save both teachers and students time, trouble, and confusion if everyone stayed away from NoRedInk!
NoRedInk Review: The Surprisingly Useful ELA Resource That Has Room for Improvement
When my teacher assigned us a NoRedInk assignment, I have to admit, I wasn't thrilled. It brought me back to memories of using this website in 6th grade, where I distinctly remember it feeling like a chore rather than a tool to improve my ELA skills. However, upon using it again in my latest assignment, I was pleasantly surprised.
While the format may not have changed too much, it was reassuring to know that now, you only have to answer two questions after getting something wrong, rather than three. It's not a game-changer, but it does make a difference in terms of keeping the user engaged and motivated to keep going. Plus, the website has a lot of potential to help students learn important ELA concepts without feeling overwhelmed.
Overall, I wouldn't go so far as to call NoRedInk a "garbage" website, as the original review did. Instead, I'd say that it has room for improvement, but it's a useful resource that can undoubtedly help students improve their ELA skills. So, if you're feeling apprehensive about using NoRedInk, give it a chance - you may just be surprised by how helpful it can be!
Mixed Feelings About NoRedInk: A Student's Review
NoRedInk is a website that has been used by Ms. Mccutchan's students at Carmenita MS. As a student who uses this website, I have some mixed feelings about its effectiveness. On the one hand, it provides writing exercises that challenge and train me to write better English. On the other hand, some of the exercises can feel quite peculiar or bizarre, and I've even encountered some exercises that included my own name. This made me feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about privacy violations.
Another frustration I have with NoRedInk is that it fails to provide immediate feedback or assistance when I get confused. Instead, I find myself having to go back and forth between different exercises, wasting precious time that could be better spent on other activities. Additionally, when I make mistakes, I am required to answer two more problems before I can proceed, and I have to answer approximately 20-35 problems before completing any given topic.
Despite these challenges, I spend between 15-30 minutes each day working on NoRedInk. However, I've noticed that this takes away from time I could have used on other subjects, such as Spanish. Furthermore, instead of feeling motivated and inspired to improve my writing skills, I feel particularly stressed and depressed when using this website.
In summary, while NoRedInk has some good attributes, such as challenging writing exercises, there are significant aspects of the website that need improvement. The inclusion of peculiar sentences and privacy concerns is unsettling, and the lack of immediate feedback and requirement to complete extra problems are frustrating. Therefore, using NoRedInk makes me feel overwhelmed and somewhat depressed overall.
Review of NoRedInk: A Frustrating Learning Resource for Some Students
NoRedInk is an online educational resource designed to help students improve their language skills. However, the teaching style may not be compatible with all students, as it can be frustrating and irritating. In fact, only one out of every fifteen students may find it beneficial. The website is known to cause extreme frustration, to the point of even losing one's cool! One issue that students are faced with is having to redo their work multiple times. This happens even if they make a minor error, such as forgetting to capitalize a word. This can be a huge source of frustration and may hinder the learning process.
Furthermore, the selection of characters or graphics used on the website are considered to be childish and unappealing to the majority of students. This lack of visual appeal can be demotivating and counterproductive to a positive learning environment.
Overall, it is clear that NoRedInk may not be the best choice for all students. It can be incredibly frustrating and may not yield the best results. It is important for parents and educators to be aware of the potential drawbacks of this website and consider other resources that may better suit the student's needs. As students' education should always be a top priority, it is crucial to find the right resources that can help them achieve their full academic potential.
NoRedInk Review: A Promising Writing Tool Hindered by Site Issues and Lack of Feedback
NoRedInk, an online learning platform, claims to help students improve their grammar and writing skills. However, upon utilizing the site, it became apparent that it has its share of issues. While the basic lessons on NoRedInk, such as pointing out incorrect punctuation, capitalization, and fixing misspelled words, function well enough, the slightly more complex topics, like highlighting preposition phrases, strong vs weak sentences, or anything typing related, leave much to be desired. The site fails miserably as a learning tool for these topics.
One significant drawback of the site is the absence of error tolerance. If you mistakenly click something you didn't mean to, the site gives you two additional questions without telling you what you did wrong in the first place. This lack of feedback is incredibly frustrating for learners. The users are left to muddle through on their own, trying to figure out how to improve their skills. The only help provided comes in the form of a PDF, adding another hurdle for students to overcome.
Another issue stems from the site's technical aspects. Load times on NoRedInk are abysmally slow, which can be a vexing experience for students waiting around for each page to fully load. Moreover, the site feels incredibly unresponsive, leaving users feeling disconnected from the learning experience. These technological shortcomings further detract from the site's supposed purpose of helping students improve their writing and grammar skills.
Overall, while NoRedInk may be useful for basic learning, it seems to fall short in more complex areas. Its lack of error tolerance and slow loading times, combined with its non-responsive user interface, prevent students from gaining the most effective learning experience possible.
