Despite my request for a refund citing that this was an unintentional subscription, my request was denied due to their strict adherence to the Terms of Service. I asked for a one-time courtesy refund, which is common practice in many businesses, but this was also refused, even after escalation to a manager. This experience has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I believe NordVPN’s refund policy lacks flexibility and does not accommodate genuine mistakes made by customers, which I consider unfair and poor customer service. My subscription is just exactly one month. As soon as I received an email saying I have been charged, I immediately reached out to them but to no avail.
