ESET Security Service Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Failed Protection
I gotta say, I ain't too happy with ESET. I thought I was doing the right thing by signing up for their security service, but boy was I wrong. Just three months in and I got hacked! And let me tell you, it ain't easy trying to get in touch with these folks. No phone number to call and no email address to send a message to. What kind of customer service is that?
I mean, I never had any problems with those free antivirus programs. And now I'm out here wasting my hard-earned money on something that doesn't even work. It's a real shame, I tell ya. I was hoping for better from ESET, but I guess you can't always get what you want.
So if you're thinking about signing up for ESET, I'd say think twice. Maybe stick with the free stuff or find another company that actually cares about their customers. Because let me tell you, ESET ain't it.

eset nod32 review or there called Eset smart security did not protect my computer from a malicious virus.
Their refund policy sucks and they dont offer any refund for what they did to my computer. I have already informed the Attorney General in California and the Better Business Bureau
After installing Eset - it unquarantined viruses stopped by McAfee and reaked havoc on my PC. Do not buy this software or it will destroy your computer
After purchasing Eset Nod 32 at http://www.eset.com, my credit card information was stolen within an hour
I have had to pay $200 for an expert to remove the viruses that Eset installed with their fake program

Eset support is absolutely awful. Their website is slick but when it comes to support - they are really dont have a clue

I bought eset for four computers. I've tried to cancel and get my money back. I put it on one computer the next day the computer cratered. I bought it on line from ESET, I don't have a receipt, I can't find a place to cancel it, I can't talk to anyone. I get in a que that gets me no where.
ESET does not enable refunds through website, then keeps callers on hold for extended periods of time, so user is not able to request refund within allowed "30 day refund" period.
I am already getted installation registore key. but its says invalid. I am buying from flipcart.com
I just got off the phone with ESET tech. My computer goes to About:Blank anytime I try to access facebook and when I tried to open the email ESET sent me it did the same thing. The techie tells me that it is not a virus, but her view is absurd. Given that it hijacks me to About:blank anytime I get an email from ESET tells me it clearly is a virus. ESET says they have done all they can. I've had the program for less than a month. This is a ripoff. I've had Macafee and Kaspersky, neither gave me any problems or allowed any viruses to get through. Now I've got to find a way to get rid of the virus and get my money back from ESET. Don't purchase, they cannot do the job.

I have to agree. Eset NOD 32 is the worst software I have come accross. It destroyed my new computer
