Programme inutilisable et dangereux comme plusieurs utilisateurs le relatent.

Utiliser en lieu et place Avast par ex. Le but de PC Helpsoft et de vendre frauduleusement des "assistances" téléphoniques, en plus du programme en lui même qui ne fonctionne pas - bien entendu - et au pire détruira vos fichiers source de Windows.

Attention car ils ont acheté les avis positifs que l'on trouve sur le net.

PC Helpsoft ont essayés plusieurs fois de me contacter - SPAM - alors même que je me rappelle pas avoir laissé mon no de portable quelque part. Par tél. et SMS.

Je me suis déjà POURTANT fait avoir en 2016 par ces escrocs, qui tentent à tout prix de vendre leur assistance, et qui prendront la main sur l'ordinateur. NE JAMAIS OBTEMPERER.

Par ailleurs, impossible de modifier mes données personnelles. Elles ont été enregistrées à mon insu, lors du premier achat + contact téléphonique en 2016, arnaque qui m'a coûté cher (entre 200.-- et 300.--) à l'époque. Et depuis tout ce temps, ils les ont conservées, prudence.

Impossible de modifier mes données personnelles, car sur leur site - qui n'en est pas un, à part pour appâter les clients avec des offres trompeuses - donc d'effacer mon no de portable. Aucune possibilité d'avoir accès aux moyens de paiement - Paypal en l'occurrence - et de supprimer ces données dans mon profil. Cette rubrique n'existe simplement pas.

En plus sur le site de PC Helpsoft selon recherche Google - référencé tout en haut - fait une offre "intéressante" pr Device Updater et PC Cleaner soit avec rabais etc. et le montant effectif à valider dans Paypal est ensuite soudain de env. 20.-- CHF plus élevé, et cela les deux fois. Arnaque !

La dame au tél. - que j'ai remballé en exigeant qu'ils arrêtent de me contacter - était au courant du produit Driver Updater, soi-disant pour aider à mettre à jour les driver, l'utilisation de Paypal etc.

ATTENTION: J'ai stoppé les paiement répétitifs sur Paypal - dans les \ paramètres \ paiements \ paiements automatiques. AVANQUEST est maintenant inactif.

D'autres programmes utilisent la même mèche, soit endommager les fichiers source de l'ordinateur pour ensuite mieux les "restaurer", comme par ex. RESTORO, pire encore.

I got this thing called a year subscription of driver software from PC HelpSoft a while back. The first time I tried using it, it wrecked my whole computer. Like, I had to go and reinstall Windows just to get everything back up and running again. So I figured, hey, maybe I should ask for a refund or something. But no, no response, no nothing. Nada. Zilch. It's like they took my money and ran. So if you were thinking of buying something from these guys, I'd say, like, have second thoughts or something? Like, maybe look around a little more before you go and blow all your cash on some dodgy software you can't even use. I mean, that's just my opinion, man.

So, I recently purchased some software from pchelpsoft.com and I must say, I am quite disappointed. The autorenew feature is a real pain! It's sneaky because it's buried in the terms and conditions, and if you don't pay close attention, you might miss it. When I first made my purchase, I figured I was buying the software for a one-time fee. But then, I noticed that the autorenew kicked in without warning, and my credit card was charged for an additional fee I wasn't expecting.

To make matters worse, cancelling autorenew wasn't as easy as it should have been. I had to cancel each individual element of my purchase separately. This just added more frustration to the already complicated situation. And don't even get me started on the refund policy! The company claims they don't offer refunds, which seems pretty unfair to me.

Overall, I would say PC HelpSoft's autorenew policy left a bad taste in my mouth. It's not exactly customer-friendly, and it's just downright sneaky. I really wish they would be more upfront about this policy, and make cancelling it more streamlined. Until they do, I won't be using their services again.

I recently made a purchase from PC HelpSoft's website for their Driver Updater & PC Cleaner software. Installing these programs on my laptop turned out to be quite the nightmare! Immediately after installation, I noticed that two of my commonly used apps - Dragon Naturally Speaking and NitroPro PDF - were disabled and would not function properly.

Needless to say, this was not the experience I had expected. I found it frustrating that the products I had purchased were causing such issues. And to make matters worse, getting a refund from PC HelpSoft for their 30-day money-back guarantee was harder than pulling teeth.

Let me tell you about my experience with PC HelpSoft. Honestly, it was pretty bad. First off, their advertising and fast talkers made me believe they could work miracles for my computer. I done downloaded that PC HelpSoft program from pchelpsoft.com cuz I was havin some issues with my PC you know. And I paid for it too, not cheap either. But after I used it just twice, it suddenly stopped working. Every time I tried to open it up again it kept sayin "driver not found" and any normal person would know that we ain't all computer experts who can fix somethin like that with just one click. So I tried to reach out for help - called them up, wrote an email, and even went on their live chat support like three different times. But all they kept doin was askin for full access to my computer which made me feel pretty uncomfortable, I ain't gonna lie. But I didn't even agree to it anyhow, so they texted me some suggestions on what to do. Well, guess what, none of their brilliant ideas worked. Not one. I tried uninstallin and reinstallin the program, and even updated it too just for the heck of it. And then they told me to update my windows software as well - I did everything they asked and even more, but the dang program still wouldn't work!

I was gettin so frustrated at this point that I reached out to them again and told them exactly how I felt and that I wanted my money back since their program didn't do what they promised it would. But did anybody respond? Nope. Nada. Zip.

So y'all, don't make the same mistake as I did and waste your money and time on this here program from PC HelpSoft. It ain't worth it at all.

I purchased WinZip Driver Updater from PC HelpSoft on April 9, 2022, and while funds were deducted from my bank account the following day, I still have not been able to access or use the software to update my drivers. It's been over two weeks since my original purchase, and I feel like I've gotten nowhere.

In summary, I cannot recommend PC HelpSoft as a reliable or trustworthy company to do business with. If you are looking for quality technical support and software that works as advertised, you would be much better off choosing a different provider. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs.
