Nordstrom Rack review: Costumer service

Hi,
I visited the Nordstrom Rack Brea Union Plaza store for an online order pickup, but was told to wait in the long regular checkout line instead of a separate pickup queue. When I asked for clarification, an associate was rude and dismissive her name was Ashley I was there 12/19/25 at 12:30pm . I expected a clearer process and better customer service. I wanted to share this so future pickup experiences can be smoother. Luckily Yolanda think was her name helped me total sweetheart followed by a man that handed me the shoes thank you !
