NoraCora Clothing items are horribly made

The pictures you see are not what you receive ….They are cheaply made and the material is horrible..The first time I placed an order for one dress which had the name Noracora in the label. What I received this order was labeled MISSLOOK and I can tell the items were hand sewn in a very poor method. The stitching is bad and the material is very cheap

NoraCora Horrible clothing and return location costs

The quality of their products are beyond substandard. What they post online and what they deliver are at opposite ends of any spectrum. Everything I purchased was poorly made. I immediately requested a return authorization form. Instead of allowing me to return the items to the location they mailed them from, which was less than 7 miles from me. They required me to return them to china which would have cost me over $79, yes! Seventy nine dollars. When I initially requested the return authorization, they offered to refund me 15% and 'skip the hassle of the return hassle". I declined because: 1. I had no idea I had to return them to china 2. I had no idea it would cost more than $79 to return them and 3. I did not want any of the items. Then they offered to refund me 35% to keep the items. At that point it was more cost effective to take the 35% and give the stuff away (or trash it) because it was still up to them to determine whether the clothes were in the same condition as received, and while they were, some of them arrived balled up and I felt they would probably hold me responsible for their poor packaging. I will never do business with them again.

Desired outcome: I would still like to return all of their stuff to the local facility they were mailed from. I will personally dirive them there. I would also like ALL of my money back from these poorly made items.

NoraCora Christmas presents

I had ordered Christmas presents for my friends, and Nora Cora didn't have the inventory I selected available in their warehouse and couldn't guarantee I would get my order by Christmas, so I canceled the remainder of my order and went ahead an accepted the two items that had all ready shipped. It's been over 2 statements from my credit card and after talking with 3 of your customer support people, I've been told that they credited my credit card for the items that I canceled. I still have not received the $58 refund to my credit card. I was smart enough to screen shot my chats with Nora Cora's customer service telling me that I have a refund, also saying they refunded to my credit card account, but yet still no refund. NoraCora Pants I ordered

I place an order on 11/19/22 and I haven't received them yet. order #HBPT01612301. Sub order7740991. How soon can I expect to receive. I don't want to continue paying for something I don't have.

I would like for someone to respond to me. They are plain warmth casual fluff pants. I got 1 pair, and I loved them, so I ordered another pair.

NoraCora Boots

Noracora posted boots on their site that are of much higher quality than received. It is very obvious when you look at what I was sent vs. what they advertised for sale that there is a huge difference in the material quality, craftsmanship and appearance. After researching this appears to be a common deceptive sales and marketing scheme they use. When you try to return the products they tell you that they must be returned to China, even though they are sent from CA. The cost to return overseas is more than what you have paid. They then offer you 15% to keep the items. As you dispute with them they continue to offer you more, up to 50%. The products are of such poor quality that Dollar Stores have better and I'd be embarrassed to even give them new to a homeless shelter. Additionally, the sizing chart was not accurate and again I am not the only person to complain. All that I have stated has been validated by others experiencing the same issues. The allegedly do 40M in USA sales annually, so there should be accountability for their fraudulent actions. I have reported them to the FTC, BBB and will continue to pursue legal recourse with any agency that will investigate them.

I have told them I am keeping the boots for proof of my claim at this point and no other reason.

NoraCora False pictures of items

What you get isn't what you ordered...My employees were laughing so hard when the order came in i wanted to cry...Nothing was like the pictures on the website! Totally a hot mess! This should be against the law!

I ordered over $400 in items my first and last order! Reached out to them to no avail...They said they are working on their quaility?!

NoraCora Full order not received

I made an order in the beginning of August it's now mid-october and I did not receive full items! Only get generic customer service replies and upon complaining they canceled the items that did not come and never refunded me! I have tried countless times to reach them and only get automated responses! No customer service number that I can find and they don't care!

Desired outcome: Take them off internet and stop them from stealing!

You could try filing a dispute of the charge with your credit card company. They will usually reverse the charge if they don’t get a satisfactory response from the seller.

NoraCora Returns

I received 3 of the 5 items, I ordered. I do wear a medium size according to American standards. The 3 items, I received have to be a small or ex small. The items were to small in the waist and the sleeves were to tight. I barely could try them on.

I am trying to return the items but the hoops you have jump throught are unbelieveable. My total bill was $102.57 for 5 items. I received 3 items and the receipt does not show the cost of these items and if the other 2 items are shipped or on back order.

NoraCora No response from my return

No response from my return. I returned your sweater probably seven or eight months ago was too small. I tried to contact you several times by text or email no response again, I’m not sure. But I said I would take the same sweater in a medium or another sweater of even a greater value and I would pay the difference. As of such I haven’t heard any response. I like shopping with Nora Cora, but I cannot do it anymore till the situation is taken care of. Thank you. [protected].

NoraCora Clothing shoes they offer no help and don't answer emails

Noracora would owe me $ 106.00

I've emailed many times and they refuse to give a return address The phone number is disconnected too I've emailed their main headquarters too with no results. I've had a virtual chat and was told to wait 48 hours to receive the return address, and never received anything I've requested, even though I've emailed many many times, now I am totally ignored

NoraCora Returns to Noracora

I had several Unuseful chats with Noracora. Items must be returned through China and the Chinese customs department. I purchased what turned out to be a very poorly and cheaply made $25. dress. Given unknown shipping charges and whatever customs in China might charge me, I decided to put this dress in my donations bag. Can't ever do shopping at Noracora again. In fact, I suggest never purchasing anything that comes directly from China I've had other difficulties with that process. Never again. Unless there is and American, Third Party, to which I can return, I'm not on board.

NoraCora Items not received

I made 2 orders with NoraCora at the beginning of July and paid for expedited shipping. I received part of the first order around 3 weeks later and most of the rest of the order a few days later (although they say one of the items was on back order, which I wasn't made aware of when placing & never received). The second order was received towards the end of July but again wasn't complete. I have contacted them several times and have continually been told that they aren't able to track the order and they refuse to refund my payment. The clothes do not fit and look nothing like as advertised. Customer service is terrible. They have yet to resolve this issue with a refund or letting me know when I can expect the item. As I told them, they basically stole my money.

NoraCora I am complaining about their return policy

Although the clothes on this website are beautiful, do not buy from them. They are a chinese company and it will cost you a fortune to return any items you do not want. I had to return 7 items out of 14 (total cost $124) and they said it was easy. Although I did everything the way I was suppose to, they never responded with a return label and authorization. They have no phone number so I "chatted" with 4 customer service reps over a week ... they claimed they sent a email to my email address...they didn't. They offered me $25 as a resolution to my return (I was due $125.) They gave me a address in china to send the return to and the post office charged $77 to send the package. I did not send but "chatted" with them again and complained. Now they offer me 50% of the return so I am still out $75. Who ever heard of a return costing $77 and weight was under 2 lbs. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and will not pay the charge on my credit card for the items I wanted to return. I cannot understand how a company can do business in the US without a return center located in the States. I have never encountered this type of problem with returns before and I do a lot of on-line shopping. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU.

NoraCora Refund

Please not under any circumstance do not make a purchase from this company. They are a fraud and should be shut down. Purchased 3 sweaters from them and they did not fit. Asked for a refund and their reply was keep sweaters and we will give you 15% of your purchase price. What a joke keep the sweaters that can not be worn. Chinese company that should be allowed to do business.

8.25.22. I agree they need to be.shut down or get it together on doing business with customer satisfaction as their goal.

I returned $344.00 of clothing with one order and $100. With a different order. The second order they won’t even acknowledge.

Told me that Sind I sent it to the wrong address, please understand. I said, then that address should sent it to you, I guess I worn out my welcome cause the text were no longer highlighted and Lucas never came back, I’m not going to stop trying…

This company should be closed down. Ordered two items, one fit, the other not even close. Sent an email to return one item. No response. Finally got through on Chat. Return policy should be illegal. Made it so hard, you take the 15% (that is ALL they offer) just to not go through the hassle of returning the item that YOU have to pay for shipping! Who knows what would happen then.

Desired outcome: Shut the company down! They should not be allowed to continue with the complaints they have against them.

NoraCora Return policy is a unfair and a scam

Because I am a senior citizen, I have been a victim of a scam by Paypal Joyforniced (NoraCora.com) to steal money form me. The reasons are listed below.

1. Misleading shipping information

My paypal account was charged on 3/5/22. The website says 10-15 days to receive item. The tracking shows the order only being prepared for dispatch on 3/12/22. I contacted the seller on 3/14/22, 3/21/22 and 3/30/22. They kept telling me to be patient. I received the order on 4/11/22, more than 30 days after I made the order. The seller never said that the order was being shipped from China; I thought it was coming from the United States. I would not have bought it if I had known it was coming from a foreign country. My wife needed the dresses for an event on 4/1/22.

2. Defective quality of merchandise

We ordered two medium size dresses. One was too big and one was too small,

3. Fraudulent return policy

This is the response from the company for the return.

Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.

Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation】 instead of returning the item(s).

If you still want to return the package, you should email us for a return label as soon as possible. You can check the return policy here: https://noracora.com/information/Return%20Policy

*Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.*

The company deliberately makes it difficult to return the merchandise. They only offer 15% of the purchase price rather than offer a full return price. The company should give me a prepaid label to return ship the merchandise if it is so difficult to ship. Then we can track the shipment and the company will not be able to claim it was lost in Customs. As soon the tracking shows it was delivered the company should refund me $53.51.

The company should be reported to the appropriate State and Federal agencies for their deceptive and criminal business practices. Thank you.

Desired outcome: Refund of $53.31 for two items ordered.

I will never purchase from Noracora nor refer anyone to purchase either! The return police techniques are illegal as far as I am concerned. They're employees lie, scam, and doubletalk you and will do and say anything to make or take your money. I admit I fell for their lies. All I can do is hope whoever out there reads this and learn from my mistake! Good luck?

This company is a total scam. They play games, emailing me back and forth. They buy time before they

provide me with the address to send the clothing for return. They aim to delay and discourage a Return, hoping you will forget about it or give up trying. I am waiting for a return address at this moment.

Noracora is a scam. DO NOT ORDER anything there!

They used the cheap price tags and attractive web photos to hook up US consumer ...then REAL LIES follow:

1st, all of their apparel items were made of cheap polyester fabrics. all the items I've bought were advertised or appeared as made of Cotton or Rayon fabrics (such as cotton denim, cotton t-shirts) but ALL has arrived in cheap polyester fabrics that are itchy and stiff to wear. They look NOTHING LIKE THE WEB PHOTOS!

2nd, Fit spec is so off, every garment fit enormously large on me that is obviously made for "universal" mass not the standardized US spec system.

3rd, Return policy is ridiculously impossible. Imagine, China is the destination. not only expensive to send by USPS, but also COVID restriction over there can keep the package at Customs for no reason forever.

I ended up donates $130 dollars worth of "garbage" to homeless shelters. NEVER AGAIN BUY ANYTHING THERE!

NoraCora Returns

I wanted to return my entire order, as I wasn't happy with fit, material, etc. I had to go to their website to 'request' a return authorization. What I received was an email explaining that the return center is located in China. Any return, would potentially be costly (upwards of $75 and expect a significant delay in the refund). My order total was around $136. They offered a 15% refund, and to keep the clothing, that I didn't want. This was on 5/27/22. The 15% credit came to $20.78. What a scam.

Desired outcome: Total refund. Or, Nora Cora to incur return shipping costs, so that I CAN get a full refund.
