BrandAlley Review: Decent Deals, but Ridiculous Spam Emails and Poor Customer Service
So, I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with BrandAlley. I mean, sure, they've got some decent deals on their website, but the spam emails are just ridiculous. I've tried to unsubscribe from them twice now, but no response. And to top it off, I'm getting bombarded with up to 4 spam emails a day from them! It's like they don't even care about their customers.
I finally had enough and reported them to the ICO. And just to make sure they got the message, I forwarded ALL the spam emails to their CEO. I mean, come on, it's not that hard to have a decent customer service and actually listen to your customers.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using BrandAlley until they sort out their spam email problem. It's just not worth the hassle.
Disappointing Experience with BrandAlley: Missing Items and False Promises
I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with BrandAlley. I mean, I ordered three things and only got one of them. What's up with that? And to top it off, they didn't even give me the discount they promised me when I signed up. Apparently, the other thing I bought wasn't expensive enough to qualify for the discount, but that's not what they said when I signed up. And to make matters worse, the two things I didn't get were still listed as available on their website. What a joke! I wouldn't recommend buying from this company if you want to actually receive what you paid for.
BrandAlley Review: Poor Communication and Supply Chain Issues
So, I recently ordered a birthday present for my family from BrandAlley and I gotta say, I wasn't too impressed with the whole experience. It took them a whole month to let me know that my order was delayed, which was a major bummer. And to make matters worse, when I finally got in touch with them, they told me that the item I ordered was out of stock. If I hadn't called them up, I would have been waiting forever!
What really irks me about BrandAlley is that they don't seem to be very good at communicating with their customers. And when they do communicate, it's often misleading. I mean, come on guys, get your act together! It's not rocket science.
And don't even get me started on their demand-supply chain. It's like they have no idea what they're doing. You'd think they would have learned from the December fiasco, which was all over the news. But nope, they're still making the same mistakes.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend BrandAlley to anyone. There are plenty of other online retailers out there that are much more reliable and trustworthy. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

BrandAlley Review: Beware of Sizing and Returns for Swimwear and Underwear
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with BrandAlley. If you're thinking of buying something from them, make sure you know exactly what you want and what size you need. And whatever you do, don't order any swimwear or underwear - trust me on this one.
I made the mistake of ordering a swimsuit from BrandAlley, and when it arrived, it was way too small. I tried to return it, but that's when the real nightmare began. It's been over four months now, and I still haven't received my refund. I've been in touch with their customer service team, but they haven't been much help. Apparently, the decision about whether or not to refund me is up to their "managers," but no one seems to know who these managers are or how to get in touch with them.
Honestly, I'm pretty frustrated with the whole situation. I understand that returns can be a hassle, but this is ridiculous. I've never had to wait this long for a refund before, and I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get my money back. So if you're thinking of shopping at BrandAlley, just be careful. Make sure you know what you're getting into, and don't expect a quick and easy return process.
Disappointing Packaging from BrandAlley - Fragile Items Arrived Broken
I was so excited to receive my order from BrandAlley today, but unfortunately, I was left disappointed. The package arrived in a flimsy cardboard box and my five delicate ORLA KIELY ceramic items were just thrown in without any proper packaging. I could hear the items breaking before I even opened the box. It's such a shame because I was really looking forward to using this site as their prices are great, but what's the point if they can't even take the time to ensure that your items arrive safely and in one piece? I hope they improve their packaging in the future because I would love to shop with them again if they can guarantee that my items will arrive in good condition.
BrandAlley Review: Great Deals, Frustrating Website
So, I was browsing through BrandAlley's website and I gotta say, I was pretty excited to see all the sale items they had on offer. I mean, who doesn't love a good bargain, right? I decided to check out their outlet section and found a couple of dresses that I really liked. I added them to my cart and proceeded to checkout. But every time I tried to pay, the site would kick me out! I tried for three whole days and it was the same thing every time. I even contacted their customer support team and they told me it was a problem with my windows. But I don't know, it just seemed a bit strange to me that the number of sale items never went down during the whole time I was trying to order.
Anyway, I decided to give it another shot today because I really wanted those dresses. But when I went back to the outlet section, I was pretty disappointed to see that the number of size 10 dresses had gone down from over 400 to less than 10. Like, seriously? Did anyone actually manage to order anything from this site? I'm starting to have my doubts.
Overall, I think BrandAlley has some great deals, but their website definitely needs some work. It's frustrating when you can't even complete a purchase after spending so much time browsing through their products. I hope they can fix these issues soon because I would love to shop here again in the future.
Beautiful Dress, Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with BrandAlley
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time trying to get in touch with BrandAlley's customer service. My hubby got me this gorgeous dress, but when it arrived, it was all smudged up with makeup! I was so bummed, but there weren't any more of the same dress in stock, so I really wanted to make it work. We sent them an email, but it took them a whole five days to get back to us! And even then, all they offered was a discount to cover the cost of getting it cleaned up. Which, don't get me wrong, is nice and all, but we can't even figure out how to actually use the discount! We've been trying to get in touch with them again, but it's like talking to a brick wall. Honestly, it's a real shame that their customer service is such a letdown, because the dress itself is really lovely.
Disappointing Experience with BrandAlley: Poor Quality, Sizing Issues, and Possible Knockoffs
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with BrandAlley. I mean, I was excited to get some new clothes, but when I opened up my package, it was a total letdown. Everything was all wrinkled and dirty, like it had been sitting in someone's garage for ages. And don't even get me started on the sizing - some of the clothes had no labels at all, and one dress said it was a size 42 when it was clearly a 10. What's up with that?
But the real kicker was when I got a dress with a different brand name on the label inside. Like, seriously? Are they selling knockoffs or something? It definitely felt like I'd bought everything from a charity shop or something. And the quality was just plain bad - some of the dresses weren't even sewn properly on the inside.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend BrandAlley to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle of dealing with all these issues. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.
Disappointing Experience with BrandAlley: Faulty Refurbished iPhone 8+
I had a really bad experience with BrandAlley. I decided to purchase a refurbished iPhone 8+ from their website, but it was a complete disaster. Firstly, the item didn't arrive on the due delivery time, and I didn't receive any notification about the delay. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to using my new phone. When it finally arrived, the packaging was unsealed and open, which made me wonder if it was Brandalley's fault, their provider or the postal service.
But the worst part was when I actually tried to use the phone. It was faulty and kept ghost calling random contacts, sometimes even in the middle of the night. It was really frustrating because I couldn't even use the phone properly. It also kept pushing random buttons without me even touching the phone. I was really disappointed because I expected a better quality product from Brandalley.
I decided to contact Brandalley to see how they would respond to my issue. I am still waiting for their response, and I hope they will be able to resolve the issue. I provided them with my order number, which is #***. I hope they will be able to provide me with a solution soon.
Overall, my experience with Brandalley was really bad. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from their website because of the poor quality of their products and the lack of communication about delivery delays. I hope they will be able to improve their services in the future.
Disappointing Experience with BrandAlley: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, BrandAlley is not the best online shop I've dealt with. I bought some Converse kicks on May 20th and was supposed to get them by the end of June. But guess what? They still haven't shown up! I've been hounding them about it, but all they do is blame their suppliers and push the delivery date back further and further. They've given me three different dates already! I get that they might have some issues with their suppliers, but they don't even apologize for the inconvenience and they don't bother to send you an email to let you know about the delays. If you don't contact them, you're left in the dark about where your order is. Honestly, I'd steer clear of BrandAlley if I were you.
