This seems to be a rare occurrence on this site, but I want to take a moment to say what a great job my afternoon bus driver does. I take the 78 bus from Secaucus to Newark, and my transit time is around 4:20. The bus driver is always on time, and she makes sure to drive safely and efficiently to my stop, which is the Newark Broad St train station. She manages to be consistent with her route, and gets me to my stop in time to catch the train I need.
There are times when traffic is thicker, and getting there in time for the earlier train becomes impossible, but I can say she does a lot better than previous drivers of the route. In fact, before she was the driver, I had no idea the earlier train existed. She drives as I would expect all drivers to drive, safely, and with purpose and efficiency.
I see a lot of bad ratings and complaints written on this site, so I felt it would be refreshing to hear from a satisfied and happy customer for a change. We tend to take for granted and forget that the drivers are human too, and deserve to be acknowledged for a job well done. Thank you, Ms. Z!

Recommendation: If you get the chance to ride the 78, you will meet the driver who should train all other drivers. Thanks for a consistently great riding experience!
