Bus #744 scheduled at 4:54 pm at William Paterson Stop, headed to Paterson. Bus #6080 OVERLOADED the bus so that two students were made to ride inside the back doorway. I had to REPEATEDLY get off the bus BACKWARDS to let ppl off while à student squeezed in next to me on the stairs. When someone got off and I almost passed out, à girl pushed passed me RUDELY BC I SHOULDNT HAVE TO GET ON AND OFF À BUS. Hurt my ankle, broke my nail, & almost passed out. I fell into the back door I was so unsteady and dropped my water bottle. The bus was so over FILLED BC THE LAST 744 that came to WILLIAM PATERSON WAS AT 3 SOMETHING.

Claimed loss: Broke my nail. Got on and off the bus multiple times to let ppl off. Waited til 3:30 for a bus. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER ANOTHER BUS CAME.

Desired outcome: À free ticket bc that was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
