I purchased some running shoes from a nike store in Seoul 2 months ago and yesterday some of the sponge inside the wall of the shoe moved and caused me to get a sore heal.

With the receipt I went to the closest store, and after being sent to another store (the store that I purchased the shoes from), the people there told me it'll take about 10days to fix.

I am very upset and stressed because this is my last two weeks in Korea and my gym membership costs over $200 per month. I am off on a trip and I have worked hard to lose weight and now I am stuck with no sneakers for 10 days!

And I feel like the same thing might happen again with these shoes.

I just feel like this is a manufacturing fault and I am being very inconvenienced because of it.
I wanted an exchange or a refund. Or at least a pair of substitute shoes for 10 days.

I bought a pair of trainers whilst away in gran caneria when I got them home to Ireland the air bubble was burst, I have wore Nike my whole life aswell as playing football, and have never had any problems,

I would like to start out by saying how much I love the jordan brand. I have purchased over 10 jordan sneakers in the past 8 years. most of them where for casual use because I couldn't find a pair that felt great and hugged my foot like a slipper! Until I tried on the 2010 Jordan flight school. ( black/white-varsity royal.)These were the best all around basketball sneaker i ever owned, however they have ripped out all along the stitching seam.

I would like the same ones because of the great fit. if that can't be I would like a comp for another pair of sneakers.

Please watch out for the website: www.nikemercurialvaporsale.net. They offer cheap nike shoes, probably fake ones. After paying, they pretend to ship you the shoes using EMS china courier service.

When you contact them regarding your order, they tell you the package is released from customs and even give you a tracking number to track your package. Unfortunately, you don't get your shoes or you money back.

So watch out, and don't let them trick you!

Ordered some total 90 laser trainers, was told they were out of stock and to choose something else. asked for a refund, was told this would be done some day and continued to get ignored. Candice on customer support chooses to ignore customers who are asking for a refund. Seems like site will take payments for goods they do not have and will not refund payments but will keep. Stay Away!

I purchased a pair of black Nike Shoxs and wore them occasionally (2-3 times per month) over a 9 month period- causal wear. When I noticed the that the cloth on both of the shoes was beginning to turn white. I took the shoes to where I purchased them and was told it was past the 4 month return policy however, to return them to Nike as there was definitely a defect. I called Nike and found out what I needed to do and I paid to ship the shoes to Nike. About 3-4 weeks after I sent in the shoes, they were then returned to me with a note stating the soles were not defective. Needless to say I was confused as the note I sent to Nike indicated the side of the shoe was turning white and had nothing to do with the sole. I called Nike and again they stated to send the shoes back in-(I paid to send back a second time) . About 3 weeks later I received the shoes back again stating they were denying the claim as there was nothing wrong with the shoe. It is amazing that they cannot get it right- anyone looking at the shoe can see that there is a defect- the cloth is in perfect condition no wear however, the color fade/white spots on the black cloth is consistent on both of the shoes and is anything but normal.

My son bought a pair of dc shoes online from this company and my bank staement shows that the money was taken out of my account on April 4, 2010 and here it is a month later and our order shows the shoes are still pending. In other words they haven't shipped them out nor have they responded to our emails inquireing about our order. They did email me back after my first attempt at contacting them and after that have not responed back to us at all, that is how I got a name and an email address on them. Ihave emailed them a total of 3 times and my son has emailed them once. We just want what we paid for and what they have already received money for.

1. I purchased a pair of Nike non marking shoes from SSIPL Retail Limited, Nike Stores, Jammu [protected]) ([protected] and UPC [protected]) approximately three months ago and the soul of both the shoes has given way. Not knowing the six month guarantee provision I have got them stitched from the cobbler since I am regular player of squash and did not wait to visit the Nike shop.
2. Yesterday I happened to visit the shop where they advised me to mail to you and ask for a possibility for changing the shoes. I have got the shoes repaired only four days back i.e.31 Oct 11.
please advice. I donot remember where I have kept the bill or probably must have destroyed it also.

I bought a pair of Nike shoes at Nike store at Centralia Factory outlet (between Seattle and Portland) for my 8 years old son. After wearing only two weeks, the rim of shoes separated from the cover. The gap is about a quarter inch wide.

I am shocked at the poor quality of the shoes. I hope Nike can pay more attention to their quality.

I attach pictures of proof. One picture shows the bottom of the shoe, so people can see the Nike logo and you can see the shoes are still pretty new. My son has worn them for only two weeks (he didn't wear them every day).

This is the 2nd pair of Nike sneakers/tennis shoes that I've worn. Unfortunately the first pair was the same as this second pair that was purchased as a gift for me. The soles have detached from the shoe itself. Both pair had the sole detach itself from the heel/back of the shoe. This second pair was less than two months old
This is the second time I made the mistake of purchasing your product. It will not happen a third time. Additionally as we all know word of mouth is the best advertisement and I will guarantee you that I will be advertising for you!

Hello, I made 3 nike purchases on August 12, 2011 your Lake Buena Vista store in Orlando. My daughter wore her sneakers for the 2nd time, and the nike swoosh is falling off. We purchased a pair of Nike Soccer cleats from Dick Sporting goods for my son (16yo) who plays 11 months out of the year. These cost us about $64 so not the most expensive Mercurial version but in fact the middle of the line. After 7 games and maybe a dozen practices they fell apart. We typically buy 2 pairs for the season and we expect to replace one pair the following year. This as you can see is unacceptable quality. Both cleats failed within the first 4 games and my son began to tape them up before I asked what he was doing. You see, we can't afford to buy cleats at 100+ dollars as we save to purchase 2 sets in order to have a dry pair at all times. We have never experienced this type of poor quality until now. In these economic times we can't afford products that do not last. Nike was a benchmark for quality and I'm sure these china made products are failing a lot. Shame on Nike for not performing or applying their quality requirements! I want these removed from the market. People can't afford these type of issues especially at this price point! I purchased $30 cleats and they have lasted 2 years without these type of issues! Get your act together nike ...

This site is a scam! I ordered a pair of Nike Air Jordan for my son. I waited for a tracking # to be provided for me via email, unfortunately I never received one. After 15days later I have not yet receive a tracking # nor my order shipped to me. I contacted the website XuJeff asking if my order has been shipped. According to XuJeff my order was missed in the system and my order has not yet shipped. I was also asked if I still want my order? I replied back asking if they can express ship my order since this error was on their end that I need to be some how compensated as a customer for waiting. According to XuJeff my order will be shipped. I will update when I receive our order. In the mean time, I do not recommend this site www.nikeoutletstore.org to anyone!

This is the 2nd pair of Nike running shoes that I bought at Dick's Sporting Goods that has worn a hole in the top above my big toe. I have been wearing them for four months to walk about 12 miles a week. The first pair I bought were a size 9 1/2, a half size larger than my regular shoes. The next time I bought a size 10 hoping that might fix the problem, but they still wore out. (No my toenails are not long, and my socks don't have holes in them). I paid $89 for this last pair and more than that for the first pair. I have always worn Nikes because I like the cushioning, but I won't buy another pair because it's a waste of money. I expect my walking shoes to last at least 8 months and if they do wear out, it is the heels, soles, and cushioning that should go, not the tops.

After wearing one pair occasionly over a 3 week period the "leather" around the sole on both sides of the shoes completely split and the sole itself around the toe area was ungluing and lifting off.
I contacted the manufacturer expressing my shock and disgust and also expressed my disbelief that they were authentic Nike shoes and that they had clearly not used real leather.
They audaciously responded by coercing me to buy some more shoes from and then they would let me have one of the pairs of shoes for free as a form of compensation.
My response was that I bought the shoes in good faith and that I had been duped as their website is totally misleading and deceptive and their products are not authentic.
I explained that all the shoes are the same style, made from the same material (inferior) and they would consequently end up the same way.
I advised them that the only satisfactory outcome is if I send them all the shoes back, and they refund my money.
They have ignored my request which can be construed as a refusal.

I have paid for two pairs of shoes and I have received nothing. It's a fraudulent page/shop. Really, they're from china. I've lost 100€! Don't buy on nikeforsale!

Hearing Nike's reputation on quality, I had bought a shoe from Nike's dealer located on Rashbehai Avenue, Kolkata, India(Near to Spencer's outlet) . The portion of sole peeled off fort his expensive shoe, which costed Rs 5200 approximately about 14 months back.
When I visted the shop yesterday, the person on desk(Did not disclose his name, on my request) not only refused to take the complain but insulted me with abusive language for my demanding replacement of the shoe. Nike India should apologise and compensate me for poor quality of shoe & also for keeping such arrogant dealer.

I bought my daughter field hockey boots at Menlyn Pretoria June 2010. The purple boots with the orange nike logo.
She has been very satisfied with these boots and have been playing the season's hockey tournaments with these boots. Last week
she went to Pietermaritzburg for the USSA tournament. She phoned me complaining that one boot had torned at the inner-side
of the boot. It seems asif the "material"" of the boots are cracking and then ends-up torning. We have been supporting Nike for many
years now, but when buying Nike it is never just for one year. We have always seen buying Nike is a an investment. If possible, please provide us with an explenation regarding this problem. I was shopping in a Nike store today in Seoul, South Korea and went to try on a pair of shorts and a tank. The sales staff, later I found out it was the manager, told me I couldn't try on the top. I said I wanted to try on the shorts and he kept grabbing at all the stuff in my hand. This went on longer than it should have. I kept saying I know, but I want to try on the shorts. Finally, he actually pushed the door so I was slammed into something (which bruised my back) and then grabbed the top, shorts and sweatbands out of my hands, shouting at me to get out of the store! My finger actually got a cut and started to bleed. I have never had such rude customer service for wanting to try on a pair of shorts! Now, some would say this could be because of a language barrier but he was speaking in English and so was I, as I don't speak Korean. This wasn't complex English, but simple words and phrases! If this is how Nike's international customer service is, then I would say that it will lose many customers with this treatment!
