I have 3 pairs of Nike Air Monarch IV shoes purchased in the last 1-2 years and the right shoe in each pair squeaks and has done so consistently and loudly since purchase. I thought it might go away but it has not and I see it seems to be a common complaint of others.

I do not recall specific purchase dates and no longer have receipts. I have contacted Nike and filed a complaint with BBB to no avail at this point.

I ordered an item from Nike on 8/5/2022, and was never received. I tried reaching out however, customer service stated they were not able to assist and said the following. "We are unable to provide any additional courtesy refunds for Nike.com orders on this account. We can no longer initiate any carrier investigations or provide any further courtesies for packages sent to you. For further assistance you will need to contact the carrier directly about your shipment status." To suggest I want "courtesy" refunds is disrespectful and insulting. It is the responsibility of Nike to provide me with help to get this resolved. I spent 110 on this item and am not going to lose that. The order # is C00963691278.

These cleats from day 1 on use have smelled worse than anything we’ve encountered. We have tried cleaning them, airing them out, baking soda, and the shoe balls that kill odor and nothing works. Its a smell between cat urine and bad vinegar. It permeates everything. We have even had to get a new soccer bag as her high school classmates were complaining so much.

I see Nike has recognized the issue to a very small point (https://www.footy-boots.com/bbc-investigates-smell-nike-products-5361/ ) but I think that it is because customers are afraid to complain. We would like this situation rectified as I spent the weekend trying to determine the best course of action to reduces or remove the smell from the horrendous boots. Thank you.

I received a pair of Nike for Christmas as a gift from my husband and actually didn’t wear them until Jan 2022 on a trip to South America with my husband. In April I noticed the rubber was degrading and crumbling where the fabric meets the sole on the exterior. This has increasing gotten worse and I would like the shoes replaced. Nike should not last 2 months or less.

I bought 4 pairs of Nike Shox and all fell apart. One pair is red and white, another pair is brown and bright blue,the other is yellow and white, the last pair were lemon venom and white. All of them the soles have come apart,from the Shox, the Shox TL Nova, the Shox just crumbled after one wear. I really like my shoes and just want them replaced. What good is it if I buy what I thought are good quality shoes and have them fall apart after one wear?

I bought these shoes and actually paid more than I normally do for sneakers but they seemed very supportive and comfortable. I always wear nike. After about 1 month they are making horrible and loud squeaking noises with each step. So much that people stare at me at the gym. I am a week past the store return date and I would like to either have my money back or some new shoes that don’t squeak so probably not the same kind.

Nike vapor max shoes. I bought two pair of Nike vapor max for $230 each. After a few months the air bubble bust. Now the shoe is worthless. I look on the Internet. And half the people that bought this product is having the same issue. I tried to take them back they told me it was too late. I tried to fix the shoes with silicone it didn’t work. This is a defective product. I need special shoes because of my leg condition. And Nike should reach out and correct this problem and look out for their customers. Hope I don’t have to go to the news make this public. !

I bought the below Nike Tekkies last year as a birthday gift for my father and by my disappointment it did not even last a year before the material started to tear by the front side of the tekkie as shown on the images. I paid R1199 for this product?

This is extremely disappointing as I paid a lot for this product with the thought that it would last as Nike is supposed to be a good tekkie and brand. I do want to post this on other platforms to warn other people not to make the same mistake as what I did.

I would appreciate any response from Nike as that is the least that can be done.

Hi there,

I brought a pair of Nike shoes for my Dad as he is now retired and enjoys walking quite a bit.

I brought these shoes over 8 months ago and the shoes have squeaked whenever he walks ever since.

It didn't bother him at the beginning but now it is just ridiculously loud.

We have tried putting baby powder into the shoes, letting the shoes dry on the radiator, etc. but nothing has worked.

The shoes do not have removable soles so that is not an option either.

It just seems unfair that I spent 80.00euro's on shoes and now my Dad is nearly embarrassed to wear them out in public due to the squeak!

They are not a fancy Nike shoe by any means, but he should at least be able to wear them on a daily basis.

I Just Started Wearing Pair Brand New Air Max And Their Already Wearing Out, I’m An Avid Nike Purchaser And This Is Not The Only Pair I Have That IFeel Are Waste Of Money!

I just bought Nike air max 97s about 2 weeks ago and I have worn them probably 5 times and the paint on the side started coming off already. I was wiping them down with a wet wash cloth being very gentle. I paid a lot and it’s disappointing. I bought them from footlocker

I usually only by Nike but that might change ...I have a new pair of Nike reax 8 tr I just recently started using them bring them on my trip out of country. ... And from day one of my trip they have been squeaking actual very unsafe in other country's cause it points you out as a target and you are noticed. Please help loved my old pair in fact I still have them also. But this is a travelers nightmare ... Please Help #Nike

I purchased these shoes on February 18, 2022, wore them on February 24, 2022 for the first time and they cut my achillea heel by the time I got home from my run I was bleeding. I contacted the company explaining what had happened.

The young man told me to send the shoes back and they would give me a refund. I contacted the company on March 13, 2022 to see the status of the return and spoke with a lady name Jessica who said they had authorized my return, then on March 14, 2022 I received a package via UPS from Nike and they sent the shoes back to me saying " Unfortunately, they were not going to send me my return as the item does not meet their return policy. I am not understanding how a shoe that a customer cannot wear that cost 219.00 doesn't meet their return policy.

Recently (November) my daughter purchased shoes for her three year old son.

She wanted to buy a quality trainer.

Within the first month of wear the stitching at the upper front toe edge of both feet became unstitched. Whilst this does not mean that his toe pokes through, it looks terrible and they cannot be worn 'out' They have hardly been worn, the child is not a rough and tumble child.

I am really disappointed at the quality of this shoe which I consider expensive ($65) for a very young child. I would like to see you replace them or give her a credit/gift voucher so she can buy something else.

I purchased Nike Tee, Dri-Fit. This was purchased in August 2021 from Inter Sport Mount Gambier. This has only been worn whilst training with the Mount Gambier Runners Group and as such does not get a huge amount of wear as can be seen by the front Nike Trail transfer on the front and the tee shirt description on the back of the neck. However the black Tee shirt is now going a dark brown in colour. I went into the store, attempted to speak to one of the staff members to resolve the issue, because I have misplaced the receipt, Intersport will not communicate with me regarding replacing the tee shirt.

Been a member of this app since 2019 and not one time have I been able to buy a pair of collectible shoes on this app yet as soon as the draw closes and I get notified that of course I didn't get picked for the draw I can go on social media and ebay and find people selling these same shoes for double or triple the price and they have multiples of the same sizes available... I just don't understand how.

Very badly designed shoe. The gel system runs the whole length of the shoe which does not allow any bend therefore not allowing plantar or dorsi flexion. After wearing these trainers for walking, running and weight training i have ended up with damaged knees. Having worn air max for many years and always being satisfied i am very disappointed after spending 120€ on what i expected to be a good shoe to now be injured and needing to buy new trainers again. Also i have found it impossible to find a direct email to complain directly to Nike.com

My daughter bought a pair of shoes with her Christmas money right after the New Year 2022 and they are already falling apart. The shoe itself is fine; however, the Nike check is coming off due to the threat becoming undone. I believe it is a sewing defect. Please let me know how this can be resolved.

I received a pair of nike shoes as a gift . Wore 3 times and on the fourth time the bottom of sole came off. Pictures attached ..I have purchased your products over the last 20 years at least , never had any issues with them

Tried to return , but was given a hard time over them .Can you suggest how to put sole back on so they don't fall off ..very disappointed.
