Nike didnt recieve my shoes

I was charged the 85 dollars for my shoes and never received them. I tried to get in contact with the numbers and websites that were listed but only one of which actually worked.

Nike fake fake nike shoes, poor quality, poor service

Last month I bought some nike running shoe from www.minikeep.com, they said their shoes are authentic, but when I got my shoes, I found it is not authentic. They cheated me deeply. I hope they can refund my money, but they said they cannot. So badly seller I think.

Nike they sell fake nike frees, scam, dont buy!

Nikerunning-shoe.com is big scam, they sell fake nike frees, dont buy from them, I bought some pairs from them, I taken them to nike shop asking them, they said my shoes is fake shoes, I am very sad, I tell this in case other customers will be cheated by nikerunning-shoe.com company.

Nike I bought these shoes and they are fakes

I bought these shoes and they are fakes. The arrived at my house today (6/3/2011) with scuffs all over the shoe and the logo was clearly a fake and they smelled terrible. Please do not make the same mistake i did a buy these or any other pair of shoes from this site or any of their affiliates. I will be reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau ASAP. I will also find every website that references this site and leave a horrible review about this site. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Nike shoes falling apart

I have purchsed six pair of basketball shoes from Khols in Corona Ca. within the past six months. And after 3 weeks the shoe starts to fall apart or the tip of the soles start to get holes in them. I understand that a 14 year old teenage boy will and can put wear and tear on shoes but this is totally out of control now. I payed $80.00 to $160 for the differnt shoes and each time its the same thing. I purchased your product because i thought it was the best out there now Im am gonna be forced to spend my HARD EARNED money else where. Is there anything you can do to make this customer have faith in your product again.

I got the same experience with 3 pairs of Nike shoes. They are nuts. Shame to Nike. They gamble with their brand name. The Japanese quality assurance may not be able to comment to such a Nike way. It seems be the seem with Motorola and Black & Decker. Never buy their products again.

Nike pathetic product

I have only been troubled than happy with the purchase of this NIKE shoe model 397100, Other details given below.

After about a week of purchase the front part of the bottom rubber sole had peeled off, The Store was kind enough to replace the unit.

However, Now again after 3 months the same thing has happened.

I had raised this point while my purchase also, but the sales person convinced me saying that should not cause any problem.This is a design issue, this part(un trimmed) stands out where is should be in sync with the shoe shape causing it to Damage.

Now, I would request you to let me swap this shoe for another model, As I believe the problem will recur.

I have to go on a trek hence need the shoe asap.Reply awaited

Nike tn's nike shoe

I have brought my son 4 pairs of TN's over the last 14 months, each time them lasting 8 weeks. The bottom sole splits from one side to the other and the bubbles always pop.
Now this is just not good enough for a pair of shoes that costs $250.00. My son loves them because they are the Nike shoe to buy at the moment. Every time i take them back with the receipt they do nothing and tell me its wear and tear well all he does is walks in them doesn't play any kind of sport. To tell you the truth i am sick and tried of how i have been treated every time i take them back. Like i said $250.00 is alot for a pair of shoes that only last 6-8 weeks. To add to it all the boys my son know's there shoes do the same thing. I want to no what Nike or Foot Locker is going to do about it. I would like to know how to get onto Nike them selves.

Nike glasses f nk [protected]

last year I have bought this Nike-glasses F NK [protected]. I have lost a sleeve (temple tip) of the left handle. At 12. april I was at the melawaistore Discovery Mall in Kuta to order this and I have also ordered new glasses. They said to order this sleeve in Jakarta.

At 19. april I was at this store to get my new glasses but they did not get the sleeve and told me that they cannot get it - I am very disappointed about this customer care!

I stay in bali until 28. april. Please do all that I get this sleeve - I cannot wear the glasses without!

Nike wrong nike shoes and fake

I have two complaints:

1. I ordered two pair of Nike shoes (see transaction details). It was confirmed and stated on your website that shipping is free of charge. Per email I was instructed by a chinese college of yours, to pay 40 US$ extra for DHL shipping because EMS could not deliver to The Netherlands!? After various emails I had no choice than to pay 40$. Very disappointing and not as stated on your website!

2. Today I received the two pair of shoes. Both pairs were not the ones I ordered. Both pairs had wrong colours and not as specified on the website and confirmed by you in the transaction details above. We have returned the shoes to DHL to be returned to sender.
Please advise how you are going to solve these problems.
And if you send the correct shoes, please indicate contents as "present", otherwise we have to pay 25 EURO import duties.

Nike nike air losing air

I bought my son a pair of Nike airmax tennis shoes for 160.00. After only 4 months the bottom of the shoes have worn on the sides of the sole to the point that air has come out of the cushion. I am very upset that I spent that much money on a pair of shoes and they lasted no longer than this. He has a pair of Reebok zigzags that he has been wearing for 8 months and they were almost half the amount as the Nikes. I would like to think I just got a bad pair but at 160.00 a pair I cant afford to find out.

Nike squeaky trainers

I recently bought air max mid tops and within a few days the heels started to sqeak, then a few weeks later the bottom of the shoes started to squeak. Now they are unbearable to wear. I do not expect this form nike trainers as I have been buying them for sum time and have never had a complaint, I can not afford to buy trainers that fault within a few days. This is unexceptable.

Nike defective shoes-wont cover under warantee

I purchased these shoes at Dicks Sporting Goods just over a year ago. The sole started coming apart; the black rubber pieces started peeling off. The first time, I superglued it back on once I got home. The second time, I stopped wearing them. I assumed that the store wouldn't do anything with them so I never tried to return them. Last week, I was at Dicks and told them about the situation; they suggested I call NIKE. I did, but they said they wouldn't do anything with the shoes since it was 2+ years from when they were manufactured. I told them they would notice very little wear on the shoes and explained why I didn't send them back. I also stated it was definitely less than 2 years since they were purchased. The supervisor stated that there are no exceptions/grey areas in their policy and the fact that they were defective did not make a difference. Glad I made the phone call before my son ordered the NIKE ID shoes he wanted for $185.00 online.
Note on the pictures that the etched writing on the sole is perfectly legible and not worn...I think that should prove these weren't worn for more than a month total (under 10 total uses).

Nike give false information

Nike stores are providing wrong information. I went to a Nike store and purchased NIke running shoes (these are my 6th pair of Nike shoes.). I asked the sales man, "Are the same models available in US?". The response was that "Models are made as per terrain ect. which are specific to India". Based on this purchased the shoe, but reality is it is same as in USA and the price difference is over 60%. I wanted to give the shoes back to the store but the store manager responded in a negative way. Calling up Nike's office doesn't help as well. I mailed them and called them 100 times, they did not respond.The regional manager says call me after half an hour and never is available after half an hour.I am surprised by their not responding.

Nike has a brand, and it is not living up to it. Based on false information they sell goods in Indian stores.And also don't respond to the customer care.

Nike - +paint coming off shoe

my airmax that i love and wear with my uniform have a white bottom. i took a soft tooth brush and cleaned the white as i like my shores clean did not use any chemicals or bleach on them after scrubbing with the tooth brush I took a wet towel and wiped the whole shoe down. while wipeing the black part above the white the paint rubbed right off...why would it...

Nike counterfeit nike shoes

I just wanted to alert everyone to a website called nikefreesale.com. My wife bought what she thought was a pair of Nike running shoes for my son. However, when they arrived, they very much appear to be counterfeit.

After doing some research on this, here are the warning signs we missed:

- poor quality of the website (misspellings, poor quality graphics, etc.)
- McAfee Secure shield and other security-related graphics not clickable
- registration page was not secure (not https)

Here is what makes us think the shoes are counterfeit:

- very poor quality
- they are one-half to one size smaller than what we ordered (poor fit)
- were not shipped in their original box (even though the email support person said they were)

We are working with our bank to dispute the credit card charge. Hopefully, we will get our money back.

Nike they stole my money

Before a few days on 25.2.2011 i bought a few items from that store with my credit card directly. The website showed me some kind of an error and that was it. I was told that the order wasnt complete. My money were withdrawn from my card 83.99 GBP. I contacted the shop many times but i didnt got an answer. I cant believe what they did, they stole my money ? The transaction appears in my bank statement btw... What can i do ?
