E-mailed Asics with pic if defective product which is 3months old & used on very few occasions. I was referred back to retailer assuring me there's a returns policy & it will be sorted. Nothing happened as retailer manager of two outlets weren't in the store & no one can make a decision. Asics was informed of this & alerted of the damage this is causing their brand. Sadly, I remain a dissatisfied customer. It's time to shop for another brand after using Asics for 32 yrs.

Hi, I write this compliant mainlt because of the unreceived delivery of a pair of shoes which i paid earlier and Havnt receieved the delivery till 30 days from ordering. I could not track the item though it also shows the item will be delivered on 14/06/2018 and it havnt got in my hands till 25/06/2018. I need an explanation as soon as possible or else i would have to write comments in the feedback about this in the website.
