Nike – Nike endorsements

On July 27th of 2025, Olympic track star Sha'Carri Richardson was arrested for assault against her then boyfriend Christian Coleman.

The body cam footage and airport footage that has since come out shows that her assault was deliberate and intentional.

Though she may or may not have apologized, it appears that Nike is still willing to let her keep endorsements to her brand.

The questions are; why is Nike still endorsing such an abusive woman? Does Nike condone abuse and assault from women? If it was the other way around and Christian Coleman abused Sha'Carri Richardson, would Nike still endorse Christian Coleman? If not, then why is Nike being sexist against men who are over 50% of their customer base? Does Nike take such a sexist standpoint?

I myself will no longer support a male sexist corporation at this time. Thank you.
