I recently received a package from Newgistics and to be honest, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. When the package finally arrived to me, 4 weeks after its initial shipment, the box was in terrible shape - smashed and filthy to say the least. It could barely contain the products inside which were making an unpleasant smell that was hard to ignore.

It's safe to say that my first impression of Newgistics wasn't great. The delivery time was much longer than expected, and the condition of the package and products was far from satisfactory. It's clear that there were some issues with the shipping and handling of the package, which ultimately led to the unpleasant experience I had.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Newgistics based on my experience. While the company may claim to offer reliable and efficient delivery services, my experience suggests otherwise. The fact that it took so long for my package to arrive, and that it was in such poor condition when it finally did, makes me hesitant to trust this company in the future. If you're in need of a reliable delivery service, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

newgistics.com is not a good company to work with, let me tell ya! I work in the service department for a store that's in the whole country, and man oh man, we have all sorts of trouble with packages getting lost when we use these folks for shipping. Honestly, we really can't recommend using them.

I know for a fact that 95% of the time that we see lost packages, it's because we used Newgistics to ship them. Not good, right? I mean, as a customer service rep, it's my job to make sure that our customers are satisfied and taken care of. But when we lose packages, it makes it really hard to do that.
So, I'm just sayin', you might want to consider using a different shipping company than Newgistics. Save yourself, and your customers, the headache!

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Newgistics. Had 6 orders from different places go through them and they all ended up being late or not showing up at all. It's a real bummer. If I had known that they were gonna be doin' the shippin' when I placed my order, I wouldn't have bothered. Heck, I even sprung for that 2 day prime shipping and they still dropped the ball.

I mean, come on now, what's the point in offerin' that kind of speedy delivery if you can't follow through on it? It's just false advertisin' if you ask me. And it ain't like I had any control over the situation, it was all up to the company I was buyin' from to pick the shipper. But I sure won't be purchasin' from any places that use Newgistics again, that's for danged sure.

I gotta tell ya'll, Newgistics is makin' a mess of my packages. They say they're gonna deliver on certain dates and times, but you better believe they're just makin' it up. Don't even think about usin' 'em if you actually want your stuff on time. They printed that my package was delivered to my address, but I can tell ya, I didn't get nothin'. They told me three different dates and times for delivery, and none of 'em were true. It's been two whole months and my package is still MIA. Stay away from these guys if ya want a headache-free journey for your items.
