Chinmayee took my enquiry via live chat and instead of helping me with a duplicate payment error I was dictate with terms and conditions along with other useless information which seemed to me like automated responses. The tone coming through on the chat was also insulting with the operator seeing to take a tantrum with rude wording and the use of exclaimation points. All in worst service I have ever received and I'll now have to get the good people at my bank to waste their time helping g instead.
