Hi, I couldn't find a place to contact netflix directly about this but I hope they see it here. Designated survivor seasons 1 and 2 was ok. However season 3 made me vomit in my mouth and feel ill for about half hour. There was a gay sex scene that was just to much. To me it was closer to gay porn than something suitable fo your average show. It was far to graphic and I won't be watching the rest of the season. Please stop putting this unnessasary crap in shows, its ruining them. I'm just glad my kids wasn't in the room watching it as well or they would need counciling.

Hello Netflix, I was wondering about Riverdale season four. It was supposed to be released on October 4, but it was pushed back to October 10. I was wondering if it was just pushed back from a reason or if you guys have been lazy to put it out there or if there's just some problem. I just like to ask if you could get back to me because that would be great just so I can know when me and my friends could watch it. Thank you, Annoyed customer.

When I start Netflix, a show begins a few seconds later. Why? Usually it's a show I would never choose - currently it's some prison show, complete with loud, violent music, awful, ugly visuals, and thanks, Netflix, for showing me something I NEVER WANTED TO SEE OR HEAR. In addition, when I scroll through shows, you had better hurry up because if you pause on one, it starts. I don't even have time to read the blurb about it. Am I the only person who detests this?

Some how "The Ranch" is still tugging along? Santa Clara Diet was unique, the spin on pop cultures zombie craze was well needed, especially after season 31 of TWD, ha. ( And No disrespect to TWD; obvious props) SCD was witty, touching, family-focused, outlandish, and just plain great tv, all around. I understand that shoes can't last forever, but only 3 seasons and no send-off? There are very few memorable series that can be ranked with the same calibers as It's always Sunny, GOT, Breaking Bad... please give us closure

This is related to unauthorized transaction which is done on 11/10/2019, I got the email regarding my account tried to access, and after this email I got another email regarding thanks for joining and you have been charged of Rs. 937.53 but that time Netflix app was not installed in mobile. In fact I was not using your services. This transaction was done without my permission.

Please look into the issue and refund my money.

Netflix credit not recieved in bank amount . Customer service staff rude and misbehaviour over call and not providing sufficient details of credit refund. This is highly disgusting that i feel cheated and my money has not been refunded yet. Staff has taken zero accountability and ownership to resolve my concern and mistreated me over calls. Please will someone look into the issue.

It not only is completely lacking in humor, seeing as how I said this stuff when I was 12 and it wasn't funny, I'm now 18 and this show is either meant for adults which it for sure isn't because every episode teaches, or it's meant for kids and that's not good. What's worse is that kids watch whatever there is whether or not it's allowed. Also, if adults do watch this, they're definitely slow like my friend's brother who showed it to me, who has a sort of pedophile 12 year old personality at 18 years old, his mom having done meth when he was in the womb, this show says sh** he would say. Please either tell my friend not to let his brother show it to me, request an account password to watch it, or cancel it so kids that are from 9-14 don't grow up to be murdering rapist people that can't have kids unless forcefully. Thank you for ignoring my requests. I'm glad I wasted my time sharing the truth. Seriously kids are watching this show. No really they are. Are you seriously letting this happen?! Hi Netflix so the other day I was really looking forward to watching season 4 of Riverdale but when I went onto my account it said that you where going to release the episodes weekly and I just wanted to say that I am a bit disappointed about that and that I am not the only one that liked it better when you released the season all at once

You have put the price of the monthly subscription up yet you have taken away alot of films that used to be on & im talking about recent films that's been added on only in the last year or under. Why charge us more for less films, programmes etc to watch. I also have amazon tv but they actually charge for most of the films you show so this is why I've always stayed with yourselves but now I'm not too sure if you're going to start shortening the amount to watch

Hello. Let me ask you a question. How would you feel to walk into your five year old daughter intently watching netflix and you look up and she full nudity intercourse!? You could see everything. My innocent child saw me and said "i'm watching something crazy". Oh no, that's not crazy, that is a big no!
She is on the the children's profile and this movie (which has no rating) is in there between cartoons and children's movies. It's called gaspar noe's love. How did a small child that can't read or have the knowledge to use the search bar find this movie? I don't know who to talk to about this, I thought netflix was safe for my child. She just got the independence to where she can look at the pictures and choose her own movie on the menu. Now I have to take the remote from her because porn is so easily accessible to her. Thanks a lot for scaring my innocent child. She has never even seen a penis before and now she has seen everything thanks to netflix.

Dear Netflix,

I am writing to request that we stop joking about removing the Office from your website because it is honestly rude. The office is a masterpiece and this joke is not funny anymore. I get it friends joke with one another, "Hey, you're poor. Hey, your mommas dead." Thats what friends do. But this is no longer a funny joke friends do not joke about things like this. I am very passionate about doing the right things in life and this is not right. In other words my philosophy is basically this, and this is something that i live by, and i always have and i always will. Don't ever for any reason do anything to anyone for any reason ever, no matter what. No matter where or who or who you are with or where you are going or where you've been…. ever. For any reason, whatsoever. And i get it that may sound confusing but honestly sometimes ill start a sentence, and i don't even know where its going, i just hope i find it along the way. But in short what I'm trying to say is that it is rude and unnatural to take such a beautifully funny show off of netflix and deprive people of the comedic relief that they need.I know a lot of young people are upset because they think the office is inappropriate but honestly there is no such thing as an appropriate joke. Thats why its called a joke. And the day you take it off your website is the day I am going to kill myself. I am going to kill myself and it will be your fault! Please get back to me asap as possible.

Netflix charged my card and is refusing to return my money. I did not have access to netflix and every time I tried logging in, it took me to the payment page.
I called and complained many times. It's been more than 1 month I have been asking for my money back. They keep sending back to my bank. My bank had clearly stated that netflix has been paid and they don't have the money.
In a similar situation. I lost money to netflix last year for 700rs and this time for 199rs. I cancelled my account and I asked for my refund as it was charged even after cancelling. Still I didn't get any money.
I am very angry and hurt that netflix could be running such a scam bieng a big company like this. Taking money from us and fooling us for months and years and never returning or even taking responsibility for this.
This is pathetic and I know you guys have taken my money and keep sending me back and forth to my bank and bank sends me back to you.
Really pathetic way to run your business. How can you guys sleep at night ? Stealing hard earned money from people like us.?

I would really love to complain about the order these are being sent.
No point in having a list is the the top 7 or 8 items get skipped.
Have more in stock, that's what I am paying for.
Shipping is also getting slower and slower. 
I used to be able to return on Monday and get the next ones by Wednesday.
Now I am luck if they sow up by Friday.
Probably going to move to a different service if this continues.

I have been watching the second season of thirteen reasons why. Today I have reached the episode where a teenaged boy was raped with a broomstick by some other boys. I have to say it has left me quite traumatised. It made me want to switch off immediately. It was absolutely not necessary and completely appalling.
Is this something that teenagers should be watching? What lessons is this series teaching them? This is the worst kind of gratuitous violence I have witnessed and really did not expect it from a Netflix series. Disappointed.

This is the 4th day that netflix doesn't work. We called their " customer service " got a lady who barely spoke english. After about 10 minutes of running us around, she said they were aware of the problem, if after 8 days we could ask for a pro-rate, but no promises. I feel that their service is heinous, and after the recent rate increase, this is unacceptable. Netflix is going to lose a long time customer, and they don't give a crap. They have made absolutely no effort to help, or provide the services we are paying for.

Sons of anarchy has been taken off Netflix which is an annoyance to multiple of people because multiple people haven't watched it or are have been watching it on Netflix but now that it isn't there is us viewers that now have no way of watching it ( unless paying for more sites that probably won't get used unless to watch it or have to try and find a way to get DVDs of all the seasons which is even more money and a big inconvenience) . So can you please put Sons Of Anarchy back on Netflix.

Chinmayee took my enquiry via live chat and instead of helping me with a duplicate payment error I was dictate with terms and conditions along with other useless information which seemed to me like automated responses. The tone coming through on the chat was also insulting with the operator seeing to take a tantrum with rude wording and the use of exclaimation points. All in worst service I have ever received and I'll now have to get the good people at my bank to waste their time helping g instead.

I put on Netflix pretty much every night before i go to sleep. I've watched numerous shows on here and plenty of movies. I always liked Netflix, they had decent content and i always found something interesting to watch. Until i turned it on tonight. When went to the Netflix channel BOOM the first thing on my screen (shoved right in my face) was a documentary that just came out called "living undocumented". Here we go getting involved with politics. You lost my view Netflix. Maybe i'll come back when i see a show regarding the white/black lives instead of this [censored]. Another network shoving political opinions in our face. Pretty much a documentary of people that aren't from here bashing our country, i mean are you serious? I understand they need to have diversity on their network but not something like this. Very unprofessional on their part. 100% lost my view and many others that i will tell about this
