Netflixfree 30 days is not free

I had a Netflix account when using Comcast, after canceling the service I decided to create a new account for myself. I started with the 30 days free, but on the 10th day of use made the charge on the debt. I called to question what had happened so a very stupid employee answered me she not only canceled my subscription but got the money and even hung up the call. They do not care about keeping the customers after the sale is terrible. The series are good but the service is terrible. They don't care to help. This free 30-day deal doesn't exist it's just cheating that's what Netflix did to me tricked me.
