purchased couch and love seat chair from macys furniture was made and dlvd 9-2-11 couch has given in in the middle warranty expired 9-2013, , , I feel when u pay $3, 000 for sofa I should be able to talk to the comepany ...unable to communicate with the company directly macys no help because its out of warranty
