Extremely disappointing experience with Natuzzi Editions in Tustin

We purchased a very expensive, brand-new leather sectional from this store. After only a couple of days of normal use, we discovered that it was extremely uncomfortable to sit on.

I contacted the store immediately and asked whether we could exchange it for a different sectional. I even explained that we were willing to select a more expensive model and pay the difference. The store refused our request immediately and offered no meaningful solution.

For furniture at this price level, I expected the store to care whether the product was actually comfortable and satisfactory in the customer’s home. Instead, once the sale was completed, I felt that our satisfaction no longer mattered.

This was not a request for a refund simply because we changed our minds. We were asking to remain their customer, purchase another sectional, and spend even more money. Their refusal to work with us was extremely disappointing.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this location again and cannot recommend it. Before buying anything here, obtain the return and exchange policy in writing and make absolutely certain that the furniture will be comfortable, because you may receive little assistance after delivery.

I suggest considering the Natuzzi Italia showroom at 3309 Hyland Avenue, Suite E, Costa Mesa, instead.
