Nationwide Minibus Hire Disappointing Experience with Nationwide Minibus Hire: Pre-paid Taxis Never Arrived, No Contact Possible

We had 2 taxis pre-paid and they didn't arrive. No possibility to contact them by email or phone. All money is gone.

I recently had a rather unpleasant experience with Nationwide Minibus Hire. I had pre-paid for two taxis, but to my dismay, they never showed up. It was incredibly frustrating because I had no way of getting in touch with them through email or phone. It felt like all the money I had spent simply vanished into thin air.

no nothing. It's just one guy with a phone number. And good luck trying to get a hold of him when you have a problem or need assistance.

I made the mistake of booking a minibus with Nationwide Minibus Hire for a family trip. The price seemed too good to be true, and boy was it! The minibus was old and worn out, with uncomfortable seats and a dodgy engine. It felt like we were driving a relic from the Stone Age.
