Where is my deed or proof of payoff after paying off these crooked high interest money sucking mortgage companies? I've dealt with several mortgage companies throughout my life. Mr cooper takes the cake. Been requesting documentation for months. Promises broken so who has my deed really? I was promised certain things like proof of payoff but have none! These ppl are crooked I do believe should not be trusted EVER. I had enough and do yourself a favor no matter what these crooks say at rocket mortgage DO NOT Believe a single thing they say.
