1) They used to do balancing and rotation free (life time) when I bought tires from them. Not anymore. $25/tire. It changed very recently
2) I went to the store (I-10 and near WIlcrest, Houston). They were renovating outside., and I saw many sheet metal screws. I tried avoid them, but one got my one tire flat! Obviously they do not have time to fix my tire.
3) A tech says the battery needs to be replaced soon by opening the hood. I replaced it 4 months ago, so I went to the dealer. They told me the battery is in the back for my Plugin hybrid. So, diagnosing 12V under the hood is invalid! The battery is fine.

So, I will not buy tires or batteries from NTB any more. It was a fair shop 2 years ago, but it has deteriorated rapidly. Very few good techs.

Recommendation: Stay away from NTB unless you find a well managed shop with capable techs. I will use Discount Tires.
