National Bank of Arizona ain't the best place to go if you're looking for friendly customer service. The folks working there seem to be lacking in the people skills department. They don't even bother to say hello when you walk in the door, and they're not much better when they're helping you with your banking needs. It's like they don't even want to be there.

I went in to deposit a check the other day, and the teller barely even looked at me. She just took my check and started typing away on her computer. I felt like I was interrupting her day or something. And don't even get me started on the guy who helped me open my account. He acted like he was doing me a favor by letting me give him my money.

Honestly, I don't know why anyone would bank with National Bank of Arizona. There are plenty of other options out there with better customer service. If you're looking for a bank where the employees actually care about you, I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

I had a really bad experience with National Bank of Arizona. I needed printed checks and they made me fill out a form for it. But guess what? They delivered the checks three times and each time they were printed incorrectly. I was so frustrated because each time they charged me for the checks and wouldn't accept responsibility for their mistake. I even spoke to the manager but they did nothing about it. In the end, I had to close my account because I couldn't deal with their incompetence anymore. It cost me a couple hundred dollars just to find out what a lousy company National Bank of Arizona is!

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with National Bank of Arizona. I mean, I only gave them one star because I had to. Here's the deal: I opened an account with them and deposited a check using their app. But then they red flagged it and now they won't give me my cash deposit back. It's been days and I'm still fighting for my money.

I spent three whole hours on the phone with three different managers from two different branches. They all said it was fraud. But get this: I've been getting checks from this client for over a year and I've never had an issue before. When I asked what the problem was, they said it was because the check had an Idaho address and he gave it to me in Arizona. Like, what kind of nonsense is that?

So, if you're a grandparent and you want to send your grandkids a check, don't do it if they bank with National Bank of Arizona. They won't let them cash it. And to make matters worse, no one could get a hold of the fraud department. All three managers tried and no one was answering.

I'm not giving up though. I'm going to keep fighting for my money. But once I get it back, I'm taking it elsewhere. National Bank of Arizona just isn't worth the hassle.

I opened an account with this bank on one day and deposited a check that evening on their app and they red flagged and and yet here I am days later and they are refusing to give me my CASH deposit back. I spent 3 hours on the phone with 3 different managers at 2 different branches and they said it was fraud. I have gotten checks from this client of mine for over a year and now and never had an issue when I asked what was the problem they said fraud because the check has a Idaho address and he gave me it In Arizona. So grand parents don't send your grand kids checks if they bank here they will not be allowed to cash them. I will proceed further and keep fighting for my money. AND NO ONE and I mean NO ONE could get a hold of the fraud department at all. ALL 3 Managers tried and no one was answering. I will take my money else where when I get it back..
