[Resolved] Narayana Health / Narayana Hrudayalayainsurance dept and marketing dept

Yesterday I visited your hospital in Mysore for the treatment of my 1 year old baby, doctor adviced for admission, as I had heritage insurance TPA, I went to insurance dept, professionally I'm a banker working for corporation bank, I have insurance which is in tie up with your hospital, but your insurance dept staff Mr.Pavan rejected to process the insurance and he told that heritage health TPA is not in tie up with our hospital, better u go to some other hospital, so I felt very sad, then I enquired with my TPA staff, they told that Narayana hospital in Mysore is already in tie up with the TPA and they spoken to mr.pavan about this and also they assured that they will send MOU letter through email for clarification but he was not ready to accept it, he spoke to them in negligent manner, so I called to Narayana helpline number, they promised to help me and they called to pavan which was a conference call with me too, he was not ready to spoke with them too, so they gave me your email id to raise a complaint against insurance dept and marketing dept as both pavan and marketing staff's intention was to send me back to some other hospital, later mr pavan went somewhere else without giving me proper information, so that I had to wait for 2 hours with my 2 babies, really this was my worst time ever.I arrived to your hospital by 2Pm and departed at around 6Pm, really felt sad, Later I went to some other hospital and took treatment. But who is responsible if anything happens to sick people due to negligence, please guide your staff or insurance company to remove the name in their empanelled hospital list, and I'm requesting you to guide your staff to cope up with the customers carefully and not to waste their time and finally waste their lives.
