Company refuses to compensate for surveys completed, and are stating reasons that are not true for doing so. I am unable to exactly quote line by line the monies owed because I am no longer able to view that information on their website. Every time I log into the account and try to access required information, it states "we need a little bit more information to get you back into your account". When I put in the requested information, I get another message stating a time line for them getting back with me. It was been several weeks of getting the same message, and issue is still not resolved. I have attached a screen shot of one the emails received, stating the total amount of points accumulated which is 14, 560 as of the email date. According to their point system every 159 points = $1. Therefore 14, 560/159 = $91.57 + per their website a $10 sign up bonus, of which I do not call receiving. So, with the signup bonus the total would be $101.57
