Mynd – Rental property / maintenance issues

The property would have never passed an inspection Bad business Water leaking from the kitchen cabinets Bathroom door will not lock downstairs Bathroom up door is broken completely will not close will not lock Can't take a bath because it's peeling and rusted out Can't wash up or brush my teeth

Because the water is just seating in the sink Tile on the wall is peeling and different colors Carpet on the steps to come up No light fixtures in the living room No light fixtures in the bedroom Walls are dirty with grease stains Base wood is broken and chip up Microwave has not glass Screen hanging out each window when you pull up to the property The house need to be pressure washed Bad experience for a new tenant

Can you provide me with a person who I can talk to about the property manager This property was not ready for a tenant to move in This company took my money and expect me to stay in a house that I can't take a bath

Whoever is in charge of maintaining the properties suck they do not care it all. Not not sure how these people is still in business. I have looked at several reviews and all the reviews is a one star if I can write it will be in a negative is no way this company should be in business at all.
