I bought AZ Cardinals tickets for the event on December 13, but I never got the tickets. I tried reaching out to them through phone and email, but they didn't respond to either.

Ordered 4 tikets to Rolling Stones concert in *** originally scheduled for 7. Order #*** Concert was postponed and I am no longer able to attend. Have been trying to reach the company for a refund via phone, email and online chat. I cannot get through to speak to anyone, emails are returned as unmonitored and there is no ability to request the refund.

I bought tickets in 2019 for an Elton John concert (around $1K) that was supposed to happen on the 4th of July weekend 2020. Due to the pandemic, the venue got canceled and no new date has been set. Since it hasn't been officially canceled or rescheduled, they won't give me a refund. It's been really hard to get in touch with customer service. I think someone is making money off of my money.

I bought tickets from Bold Ticket for an event that got rescheduled to 2021. With everything going on, me and my family can't predict our situation next year. Some of us got furloughed, laid off, or even worse. Companies in our area are shutting down and finding jobs is impossible. I asked for a refund, but the company won't give it. The event site directed me to Bold Ticket, and they're saying it's postponed, but Bold Ticket won't refund me.

I tried to reach out to Bold Ticket many times, but I couldn't get through to them by phone or email. I wanted to know how to use the $910.68 credit I had for a Rolling Stones concert that got canceled. I then tried to buy tickets for a sports event on their website using the credit, but I couldn't find any option for it on the order form. The coupon they gave me doesn't have an expiration date or any instructions on how to use the credit. The credit amount is $910.68, and the credit code is ***.

On 01/25, I bought a concert ticket on Boldticket.com for $ ***. 'Cause of Covid, the concert got postponed a few times 'til it finally got cancelled. On 01/16/2022, I got an email from boldticket.com sayin' they gonna give me a refund if I reply within 30 days. So, on 01/17/2022, I asked for the refund, but the company ain't replied even though I begged 'em multiple times. They don't let me talk to a representative, and there ain't no live chat for refunds. The only option is to send an email through the website, which I did over and over again without gettin' a response.

On 12/13, I bought Opening Day tix for the Red Sox from Bold Ticket. The cost was $154 per ticket, making the total $413. I was like, why the extra charges? They told me there was a service charge of $93.60 and a shipping fee of $7.50, bringing the total to $413. No one mentioned the service fee when I bought the tickets. Then, guess what? The game got postponed due to the pandemic. So, I asked for a refund. But they hit me with this line: "Due to the crazy epidemic, we can't give refunds anymore." (even though the game is just POSTPONED) But, hold up, the paperwork initially said "Refunds available if event canceled," but in super tiny letters, it said except for MLB and US Open. I couldn't even see that tiny print. I've been reaching out to them countless times. Eventually, they gave me a credit. But here's the kicker: bleacher tickets are going for over $500 each! I can't afford to pay more than what I already did. All I want is my money back or tickets for the same price. Can someone please help me out? Thanks

I bought tickets for a *** game on Bold Ticket's website. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, so I made the purchase in November . However, in March 17, I got an email saying the game was canceled, even though a game was played on that exact date and time. The email mentioned that I would receive a credit for 120% of the ticket price. Since then, I've been trying to contact the company multiple times, both by phone and email, but I haven't been able to speak with anyone regarding my credit. When I called, they told me to reach out via email, so I sent several emails asking for instructions on how to use the credit. Unfortunately, their website doesn't provide any information about it. Honestly, I don't think there's an actual person working for this company because there's no customer service available. I even requested a refund, but Bold Ticket didn't respond. I've spent countless hours trying to resolve this issue, and I'm really hoping you can assist me. Please, help me figure out how to use this credit since their website doesn't offer any guidance.

On 12-18-2019, we ordered 6 tickets from Bold Ticket for a concert. We spent $1,707.90 for the tickets. However, we never received the electronic transfer of the tickets. We have been on the phone with Bold Ticket's escalation team for the past four weeks, trying to secure the tickets. Bold Ticket was not able to provide the tickets to us in our Ticketmaster account in time for the concert. Now, they refuse to refund our money or provide any compensation for the $1,707.90 we paid. They claim the tickets were transferred to us, but they cannot tell us where they were transferred or where they went. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they told me there was nothing they could do. We feel scammed by this company. The credit card company says it's been too long since we purchased the tickets, so we need to get the money back from Bold Ticket. However, Bold Ticket has not offered any resolution. What can be done in such a scam? We have attached the correspondences regarding these tickets and the supposed transfers into our account. The ticket email was accepted, but the tickets never transferred into our Ticketmaster or *** account. We have never seen the tickets we purchased for $1,707.90 in 2019.
