The dentist is good at his job
The dentist is good at his job. The people who work for him are not. There's this young woman at the front desk who thinks it's okay to be rude. She started a fight and now she's acting like she's the one who got hurt. The worst part is that my bill has gone up by $300 since I left the office. Is this some kind of revenge? Can you please investigate and assist me? I appreciate it.

I went to My Dentist Springfield on 11/25 for a cleaning, exam, and filling. Everything seemed fine until June when my husband (not me) got a notification about a balance of over $500 on my account. It's been 7 months now, and my account is still overdue. They say they never got payment from my insurance company. Yesterday, I called my insurance company and we had a three-way call with Rachel from the billing department at My Dentist. The insurance company told them that they did receive a reissued check on March 16, and My Dentist cashed it. The payment was part of a "bulk payment" and the check number was ***. My Dentist took the money but didn't credit it to my account.
