Cascade Dental Care

I had a previous disagreement with Cascade Dental almost two years ago, and I have been waiting for their corrected formal bill or letter ever since. However, instead of contacting me directly, I recently received an email from ***, indicating that they sold my information to a third party. This is extremely concerning and frustrating, as my past experience with Cascade Dental has shown that they tend to demand payment without providing a formal letter. The bill amount they are requesting is based on my September visit, but according to my insurance company, I only owe them $***. Cascade Dental, on the other hand, is asking for more than $***. I have visited their office five additional times and have had two phone negotiations with them between October and July . Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, they consistently sent me letters demanding the larger amount and even resorted to threats. Eventually, I reached out to them through their online form and received an apology, along with a promise of a six-week waiting period. However, I have not heard from them since that message on Tuesday, September 1. Now, I am being asked to pay $*** by ***. This raises suspicions that Cascade Dental intentionally delayed addressing my concerns for two years and then sold my information to a third party as a means of collecting money from me. I am in desperate need of assistance to resolve this problem. Can anyone help me?
