Adventure Dental Scheduling

My daughter was seen for a emergency dents visit. My concerns during this about was dismissed. No X-rays we're done . Nothing out side of saying schedule a cleaning to see if she has cavities. Come back again . The cavities could be what's causing the pain and facial swelling. Over the weekend I called in spoke to After hour MD who said they would leave a note in the system no note was left and no solution was offered to fix the problem. I was treated as a bother

Desired outcome: Solution to bridge the gap for after hours since information is not being rolled over. To concerns addressed and it dismissed.

I ordered my daughter glasses for school it should of taken 7- 10 days. It has been 22 days and counting. I have called every day. Adventure Dental and vision says they will call the lab and call me back. I have never received a call back. So I call again. It then starts all over again. They had no problem running my United Health care insurance and taking...
