Hi,
Two days back i was shopping at Mustafa Centre singapore for goods, and while paying thru my card the swipe machine at the mustafa counter, showed a transaction failed / error msg, even after trying 2-3 times.
i did not purchase anything and went out. When i checked the online statement, it shows that an amount of SGD420 has already been charged to my card!
i am back in India now, and have no slip to show to the Card bank ( Axis bank) - as there was no transaction that was showing up in the terminal! and do not have an email to complain to mustafa centre authority to reverse/void the transaction!
please can someone help me how to contact mustafa and get my money back?

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I bought many food products from Musthafa. Date of purchase [protected]. When children ate they stating vomiting . I check the product it’s expired already . I need compensation for this if not I will lodge a complaint in police.
I purchased many items 31 May 2023 from grocery mustafa shop but one of the item number 4 AMUL RASMALAI 3 pcs (please refer receipt) found taste sour like expired. But i am in johor bahru difficult to go again there kindly suggest some solution.

I have lost my baby’s chain in Mustafa and I didn’t get it
I have brought the sweet box from Mustafa on 17 December 2022 but the sweet fully spoiled. I need full refund for the sweet and need refund for the taxi fare too. I stay far away from little india. I can't come to little india again just to change it. I really need the taxi fare too it's cost $29 plus to me.

I visited Mustafa center yesterday 16 October 2022 at around 4:35pm and bought a ‘Model Car’ which is a remote control police car worth $39.90 and claims to move forward and backwards but turns out it don’t move backwards properly n stops working within..please help me into this and make me a refund.

Last week (21/6/2019) i brought dried apricot fruit. Yesterday (26/6/2019) i like to open the package, suddenly i was shocked! Inside the package beetle... The package still not yet opened. I have the item purchased bill. Watch the video attached..How come the dried fruit beetle?!..
