I have complain before ref [protected], and to supervisor at LIRR Jamaica MTA Controller so many times but no RESULT, I am working at Bldg 250, JFK and Bus Q6 never showed up fm 4.25 P.M. to 5.00 P.M. all bus returned as NOT IN SERVICE, since public school has vacation this problem start and nothing has done, MTA advertise there is more FREQUENT BUSES but Practically more fewer Buses. If MTA cannot handle the services give back to private bus contractors like GREEN BUS LINES was much batter then MTA, I never see any supervisor on line, and MTA cannot track buses with new technology ?
MTA management should be prosecuted cheating public with wrong advertisement MTA lying to PEOPLE, its SAME.
