mSpy Ultimate pack subscription

I purchased ultimate pack from the mspy with help of sales manager but unfortunately whatever information gave by sales manager is not working in app when it is installed. After speaking with customer support they told to add extra add on for those services what I need. While purchasing no one informed. So I asked refund billing manager respond with three options which all the three are not related to refund. I mailed them but now respond regarding refund I hope they will resolve my problem and will get my refund otherwise I will go with legal team where I meet them in court

mSpy mSpy Review: Initial Frustration Leads to Great Customer Service

So, I purchased mSpy with the hope of keeping track of my child's phone usage. Unfortunately, I was disappointed after installing it because it wasn't working as described on the website. At first, I was only able to see the location and notes of my child's phone.

I tried to read their text messages or call logs, but it didn't work. I was frustrated and thought that I had wasted my money on this terrible program. I had decided to ask for a refund since I didn't like the product. However, I was told that they would only refund me a third of my money.

I was skeptical about their response and didn't believe that they could offer me any help. But to my surprise, their billing manager Amanda Brown contacted me and provided me with alternative options.

They offered to provide me with free remote installation assistance since I had experienced difficulties during installation. This was a great offer since their remote installation costs around $54. They use Teamviewer to complete the installation process remotely.

I was also given other options such as freezing my subscription or extending my subscription for an additional month for free if I decide to start using it now. They also offered a non-jailbreak solution for iOS monitoring using iCloud credentials.

I appreciated their attempt to help me and their willingness to provide excellent service. I ultimately decided to accept their offer for remote installation assistance and have since been able to use the product as intended.

Overall, while my initial experience with mSpy wasn't great, I was pleased with the level of customer service provided to me. If you are experiencing installation difficulties, I would encourage you to take advantage of their remote installation assistance.

mSpy mSpy.com iPhone Non-Jailbreak Option Review: Buyer Beware!

I purchased a one-year plan for iPhone at mSpy.com, opting for the non-jailbreak option. However, I faced several issues which made me regret my decision. Firstly, when I waited for 2 days for their dashboard to update, it never did. I had to contact their customer service, which informed me that I need to use AnyTrans instead as iPhone was not working on their dashboard. They set me up with a product key, claiming that it was included in what I paid for their service.

However, I found out that AnyTrans was crap. It never updates even though both devices were on the same internet daily. The jailbreak-free version lacked several features, which were hardly working. To add to my woes, I received a message from AnyTrans stating that my trial is ending and I would need to purchase it to keep the functionality (which was basically nothing except consuming resources on my desktop).

When I contacted the customer service once again, they put in a refund request for me. However, the dashboard that I demoed before purchasing the product was of no use. And to my surprise, the customer service response to the refund request was to jailbreak my device so that the features work. But wait, didn't I purchase the non-jailbreak version? So why would the fix be to jailbreak? I only wanted a refund, but they failed to provide one.

Despite sending a few not so nicely worded emails, I received no response for days. When I did, I was offered their PAID customer service to help me jailbreak a device that I did not want to jailbreak just so they can pretend that it was the issue until it doesn't work either.

It has been two weeks, maybe more, and I still haven't received a response. Although I'm unsure, I may report it to the BBB. mSpy.com is selling a product that doesn't work, and they are well aware of that. I suggest that you do NOT buy this service, especially for iPhone.

mSpy mSpy Review: Poor Performance and False Claims - Don't Waste Your Money

I gotta say, mSpy ain't worth a dime, if you ask me. They straight up lying when they say their app is "invisible" and don't leave no trace on your device. But let me tell ya, if you got Android 10 or newer, that just ain't true. And they don't tell you that up front, neither. I installed the app thinking everything was gonna be hunky-dory, 'cause their website said my device was compatible, and I read some reviews sayin' it worked for them. But the app icon was right there on my screen, plain as day. And anyone who stumbled across it could just uninstall it like it wasn't even there. So I tried to be clever and hide it in a calculator app, but then the mSpy app couldn't do its sneaky spy thing no more. I reached out to their support within 12 hours of installin' the dang thing, but all they told me was to hide the icon in a folder - which my phone don't even have that option. So I sent an email, asking for more help, and they just sent me the same dang video link again. But get this: when I replied with a video of my OWN to show that their solution wasn't possible, they finally offered me some "paid tech assistance" for free. I downloaded the software they wanted me to use, set up an appointment, but the tech just told me flat out that there's no way to hide the mSpy icon on Android 10. And then they passed me off to billing, who only offered to escalate my issue and promised some agents would contact me in the future about canceling and getting a refund. Which they still ain't done, by the way. It's like they're just trying to stall long enough so they don't have to give me back my money. And they know their website is lyin' to folks, but they won't admit their mistake or do right by their customers. It's just a big ole scam, if you ask me.

mSpy mSpy Review: Misleading Advertisements and Refund Policy Potential Scam

Hey guys! Just wanted to share my experience with mSpy. I thought I'd give it a go and bought the premium subscription for 60 euros. It advertised the ability to monitor chat apps like Whatsapp and other things on iPhones, but unfortunately it didn't deliver. I tried to get a refund and contacted the customer care via chat. The guy told me that I needed to get the family kit at 250 euros to monitor Whatsapp, but I didn't want that. However, the guy was persistent and kept throwing all sorts of special offers at me. Eventually, he offered to confirm that the 3-month subscription was cancelled and would be totally refunded. If I bought the 12-month premium plan for 175 euros, he'd bump it up to family kit functionality and I'd be able to monitor Whatsapp. He even reminded me that there was no danger because of the 12-day refund possibility.

But guess what? After that, I received an email saying: "Thank you for buying an ADDITIONEL subscription". And, the refund policy said that "Only the first subscription can be refunded, no addiotionel subscriptions". I requested cancellation and refund of both subscriptions right away within just a few days after buying, but they just didn't answer to what I was requesting. They only redirected me to chat, and the chat did the same thing and redirected me to email.

They're so sneaky and forget that if they sell to European customers, they acknowledge our rights. According to the law, every internet purchase must be cancelled and totally refunded if requested within 14 days after purchase without even having to give a reason. I will definitely take legal action if I'm not totally refunded both subscriptions.

It's a really scamming situation because they create a misleading and false feeling of safety saying there is a refund period. But if you read their refund policy, there just doesn't seem to be any valid reason for a refund. They literally exclude everything, leaving you with no options. That is scamming. And knowingly misleading customers is illegal.

I'll spam them about my refund for a little bit longer, but if they continue to ignore me, I'll take different measures. Those people working in customer care and sales at mSpy, how can you do that kind of work? And how can you sleep good at night? I just don't understand how they can knowingly mislead people with the sole purpose of getting their money, knowing that they will never see it back and get a crappy product for it that's totally not as advertised. It's just pure scamming! Sleep well, people of mSpy!

mSpy mSpy Review: Scam Alert! Don't Waste Your Money or Time!

So, if you're an iPhone user and thinking about purchasing mSpy to monitor someone's phone activities, think again! This product is nothing but a scam. They will take your money and never let you use their software. Why? Because you need two important things to download their app: Apple ID and password from the targeted device and the ability to turn off and on the two-factor authentication. But, here's the catch, Apple does not allow users to turn off/on the two-factor authentication. Then how are you supposed to use this software? Exactly! You can't!

Unfortunately, mSpy conveniently forgets to mention this important detail on their website, and you only find out about it after you have paid. So, don't waste your time or money on this product. Not to mention, if you try to get your money back, they will only give you excuses and stall you out with emails. It's been months since I have been asking for a refund, but they keep giving me reasons why they can't. Sometimes, they say the bank needs to research the claim, and sometimes, they simply don't give any reason at all. It's frustrating! I even had to file a claim with my bank, and that didn't help either.

It's not only about the money anymore. It's about the principle of the thing. I want to warn other people about this scam, so they don't get ripped off like me. I urge you to file more complaints with the federal trade commission, consumer affairs, and even go to the news media, so we can stop these fraudsters from operating.

In conclusion, mSpy is a scam, and they don't care about their customers. They only care about revenue. So, don't waste your time and money on this product, you'll regret it.

mSpy Misleading and Disappointing: My Experience with mSpy Spy App

I got something to say about mSpy and it ain't pretty. You know how everyone's always talking about how they wanna spy on someone's phone? Well, I was one of those people and I thought mSpy was my salvation. But let me tell you, I was sorely disappointed.

I forked over my hard-earned cash and got the software. And guess what? It didn't work like they said it would. I mean, they advertised that I could see deleted text messages and that's what I wanted. But nooo, turns out that's a lie. I talked to their tech support, and even they admitted that the website was lying. Apparently, if the backup doesn't catch it, then you can't see it. What kind of crap is that?

So, I tried to get my money back, but they refused. They said it was because of "personal reasons," but I was trying to tell them that they lied about the product. And get this, their CEO even said in an interview that they give refunds for "any" reason. So, what's up with that?

To make matters worse, I found out that they're basically just a reseller of AnyTrans, which is a backup software you can get cheaper elsewhere. And they try to act like they're selling some kind of high-tech spy gadget.

Let me tell you, don't waste your money on mSpy. It's a waste of time and a scam. I'm so fed up with them that I'm calling the Better Business Bureau. So, save yourself the trouble and stay away from this bullcrap.

mSpy mSpy's Terrible Customer Service and Refund Policy - My Experience

I gotta tell you, I was pretty upset with the whole ordeal I had with mSpy. I mean, I thought I was dealing with a trustworthy company, but boy was I wrong! I was renewing my subscription for one of my computers and completed an order for $53.99, or so I thought. Turns out, I accidentally ordered the 12-month premium subscription for smartphones at $169.99! I didn't even realize it until I saw the charge on my credit card account. Needless to say, I was not happy about this and asked for a refund right away.

Their response to me was just ridiculous! They refused to refund my money and said it was my fault. Can you believe that? I've been a loyal customer for over a year and this is how they treat me? They didn't even care that it was a mistake on their website. All they did was refer me to their refund policy and offer me two other options that didn't even make sense.

I can understand why they have so many negative reviews and a low rating with the BBB. It's because they're not good to their customers! I'm just glad I finally got my money back after multiple emails with their billing department. I will say that their product is effective and does what it says it does, but that doesn't excuse their terrible customer service.

I have a word of advice for anyone considering renewing their subscription with mSpy: be very careful! It's probably better to renew by phone to avoid any issues with their website. Trust me, you don't want to go through what I went through!

mSpy mSpy Review: A Nightmare Experience that's Not Worth It

I just had to come and give my two cents on mSpy. I mean, I know we all want to keep our kids safe on the internet, but this company is just not worth it. Trust me, I learned the hard way, and I don't want anyone else to go through the same nightmare.

First things first, the reviews on other websites? Total crock. They must be paying for them or something because my experience with mSpy was not even close to what those reviews were saying.

I was attracted to mSpy because it promised to keep my kid safe on social media apps while still giving him some freedom to use the apps his friends were using. It all sounded great until I actually started using it, and let me tell you, it was a disaster.

The product was just faulty from the start. It only worked for about a week and then nothing came through anymore. I tried their "24 hr support" chat multiple times, but it was the same old story every time. It would work for a few days and then break again. Sigh.

So, I reluctantly went to another service (BARK, BTW, is way better and only $15 a month- gotta support the little guys!), and then started the agonizing process of trying to get mSpy to cancel my plan and stop the monthly payments.

They assured me it was cancelled and wouldn't be drafted from my account anymore. But of course, it was charged again. And then again. And then AGAIN. A month had gone by, and I thought, "oh, they took it off, everything is fine." Nope. They charged me again.

I've been going back and forth with their "support" team for weeks now trying to get a refund. They keep coming up with these bogus excuses as to why they can't give me my money back, even though I have proof that it's their fault I was charged twice after they told me the program was cancelled.

It's just not worth it, y'all. Don't make the same mistake I did. And please, mSpy, just reach out to me and fix this once and for all. I don't want to have to add to my review that you're bribing customers with free service for good reviews. Let's just fix this. Customer ID

mSpy Disappointing Experience with mSpy: Misleading Pricing, Poor Customer Service, Outdated Features

I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed in mSpy. I had high hopes for the service, but it just didn't deliver. First off, let me say that their pricing structure is misleading - they don't disclose all of the international fees they charge until you see them on your bank statement, which is frustrating. And their customer service is a real pain to deal with. You might get a response after 48 hours, but it's usually not helpful.

I also found out the hard way that the premium subscription will only work if you jailbreak the phone, which is not something most people want to do. And even if you do jailbreak it, it only works up to iOS 9, which is outdated. It's not something they disclose upfront, either - you have to find out the hard way, like I did.

And as for the actual functionality of the service, well, let's just say it's not great. My target phone is set to backup to the cloud every 24 hours, but mSpy doesn't seem to update consistently. Even when I manually update, it rarely shows any new data. And forget about getting a refund - they won't do it. You'll be lucky to get any help at all from their customer service team.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend mSpy to anyone. It's a complete waste of money and the service is just not up to par. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a better product.

mSpy mSpy Review: A Trap That Milks Out Your Money - Beware!

Spent a good $70 for the 1 month premium package from mSpy (mspy.com) since I didn't want to be locked in for 3 months paying $40 per month or getting the year subscription for $200. Was excited to hear that they advertised one could spy on someone's phone without even accessing it! Unfortunately, that was my first rude awakening. I was told a lie!

Getting set up was just too hard. I had to input my daughter's Apple ID and password into a site that I had no clue about, and I became more and more uncomfortable with each passing moment. It felt as if her information could be stolen. Nonetheless, I ended up taking my chances, praying it would all work out. But it didn't; nothing worked! After all that setup, I didn't have any access to my daughter's phone at all. To add salt to the injury, I was informed that I had to pay an extra $17 per month just to contact support! I was infuriated since this was on top of the already expensive $70 per month subscription.

I tried the live chat option, and eventually, I got to speak with a representative who told me that the Apple ID and password option doesn't work anymore because Apple upgraded their security settings. Now here is where I got thrown into even more confusion; she told me that I had to download and install the app on my daughter's phone, which apparently had to be done manually. My worries now were: what happens to all this information I've provided to this app? Will it all be stolen? In the end, when I finally got access to my daughter's phone, it turned out I only had access to her location and phone book. WOW! That's it? Just these two features that didn't have any remote controlling access whatsoever? I contacted live chat again, and this time they told me bluntly that if I wanted to have more access, I had to commit to the 3-month subscription! How could that be the case? I was dumbfounded and frustrated!

At this point, I knew I had to do something. It was clear that I wasn't getting value for the money I had spent. A refund seemed like the best option for me since I wasn't getting the features that I had thought I was going to get. But mSpy support told me they would place my account on hold until the 28th of April. They advised me to call back once the new software, "Jailbreak," was released. They acted like I'd have to access my daughter's phone again, do another download, and installation. This made me feel so much worse since it could put her device in security harm's way. They then told me I had to pay another $20 per month to have access to call support! I was stuck in a dreary and horrible cycle since I couldn't afford to renew my subscription for 3 months. They informed me that I could only have my remaining time left on my 1-month subscription since it had already taken me 5 days to access the phone.

All these experiences made me feel like I had fallen into a trap that was created to milk out every bit of my hard-earned money! The whole process felt like one big scam. I should have done more research and checked for other competitive apps. It's a shame because mSpy's advertisements were so convincing, but my experience was anything but that.

Trust me, I don't write reviews. But I knew it was essential to write this review to warn other people to beware of this company. Don't make the mistake I did by wasting your money. Keep your guard up and do better research!

mSpy Mspy sofgwtare for Iphone 13 with IOS 16+

After going through various software this seems the best at the time, check the compatibility guide and it seemed ok, how ever after buying the subscription for 1 year and trying to install the software, only to be told that the features needed would not work on my daughters Iphone and there is no fix. I have requested a full refund only to get a negative response. DO NOT BUY

mSpy Miss reputation of their product

I have emailed these people on numerous accounts and they did not give me my money back when I bought it and I open the app it was just a plain app that didn’t even work. On top of that it took me 2 minutes to see that it didn’t work and I immediately reached out to him and asked him for a refund. Not to mention, I purchased some wizard help to unlocking my phone or jailbreaking it and I didn’t even work. I’m very upset with this.It was overpriced and misleading.

mSpy Complaining mspy very tricky to trap you into hang man situation, they should mention the rooting, procedure before asking a customer pay,

Payment they might not give a [censored] about me, so I paid the 2nd payment as well. They ask me to paid another hindered saying customer support and help you installing the apps, but when purchase a product from you, its common sense you going to guide us how to use any way, they been so tricky, asking you to make 2nd payment right after you made your 1 st payment so you will feel pressure that if not paying the 2 nd payment they might not give a [censored] about me, so I paid the 2nd payment as well.

So my goal is I did not mind paying extra, as long as the app works, so after they waiting for me to install the apps, I am not very good at computer, so I do have trouble or take longer time to make it operate, so the extra money I have paid for the extra care and support was, telling me to read the installation guide, so wow that's great [censored]en service, I starting to sense all the wrong elements coming out bit by bit, pretty sure I went into a trap. So the Installation guide told me to asking me choose one of the 3 options, I clouds Credential, I presume they asked me providing my girlfriend i-cloud log in detail, 2nd option jail break into the phone and other technical terms I had no idea, option 3 plug in your kids i-phone with a blue tooth cable into your computer, omg this going to make me exploded, I immediately chat with the online staff, I asked is there any other option? I mean this is absolutely

You expecting a customer just paid $300 for you spyware service to give you the her I phone lock in detail or expecting me to take her phone connecting a usb to discuss with you guys how to spy her phone messages detail expecting me to do the jail break which I had 0 knowledge, I mean you guys just insulted my intelligent like no tomorrow. mSpy Tracking app for kids phone

This company is fraudulent. Their website says that it is compatible and will work with any iPhone, that absolutely is untrue, and as an intentional, why. The app does not work on our iPhones, I reached This company is fraudulent. The app does not work on our iPhones, I reached out to the company and they gave me “resolutions quote to help which included jailbreaking my phones, but they are refusing to give a refund. Quality companies will refund your money there product does not work, they know that it doesn’t work, which is why they do not give a refund. Avoid at absolute all costs.

mSpy Their service to provide tracking on your love ones

I availed their service on mspy last January 12, i taught that their offer can help me to tracking my love ones to know if they doing ok. It's a very smooth transaction and they get the payment instantly but after i used it the app direct me to download other app to use their service and it didn't help me because i can use it, false advertisement and not clear on their product description. That's why i decided to cancel my subscription on the same day and request for a refund, they responded to my email and cut my subscription immediately and Kim Hobbes one of the concern department personnel responded to my email saying that it will take 10 working days to process my refund request and as of the moment i don't received any money on my account, i am very disappointed on their process and i need the money because i didn't use their product. It's already February 18,2023.

Desired outcome: Return my money on my account as soon as possible, as in fast like when they got my payment for their product.

mSpy Money back

This is honestly the most inhumane company. I bought app at 4am as could not sleep after a night of my child running away. My child is struggling at the moment. I thought app was 8.99 a month. They took 104.99… I even declined with my bank but then they took it. I am a single parent again explained. This puts an already struggling family in further struggle. I went back to look at app went off then back on and they reduce price to 74.99 for year or 6.34 a month so trying get people to buy after not going for initial rate. They are literal scum. I reviewed app on App Store. I do not see my comment yet but spent ages trying give the nickname as awful, rubbish, criminal, inhumane etc… were already taken. I cannot and I never ever review things scream stay away from this scum of the earth app!

mSpy Refund

These scam artists mislead their payment process then good luck trying to contact anyone to resolve issues as they take the full amount from your bank account and not monthly like stated. The phone number doesn’t work and they give you a non stop run around on who to contact. When you got the right contact they then tell you, “Oh no, wrong contact or you’re on the other plan.” WRONG! They are ripping you off and know it! They have absolutely no intention whatsoever of giving anyone a refund and this is absolutely CRIMINAL!

mSpy MSpy software

Literally nothing about this platform is as it is advertised. The entire experience continues to be a sales pitch, them asking you to pay extra for service after you’ve already purchased your subscription. The dashboard does not work as it is shown and you find out after you’ve paid that there are tons of additional addends that have to be managed in order to actually track anything. They also continually miss direct you within the platform. Now, I have just found out that they don’t support their additional plug-in on a Chromebook, and they are refusing to issue a refund because the “issue is beyond their control”. This company is 100% a scam and users should not spend their money here.

mSpy Unauthorized charges, acknowledged but refusing to refund

Purchased subscription August 17th, and immediately realized the software did not function at all as described and compatibility confirmation on the site beforehand was no longer accurate after subscribing. Within the same hour of purchasing, I contacted customer service to cancel and request a refund since it was not only not as described, but due to compatibility, I could not use it at all otherwise. After several chat sessions and emailing back and forth from 8/17-8/25, the validity of my complaints were finally acknowledged and cancelled going forward, but still no refund so I gave up. Since the original subscription purchased was paid for not ending until November 9, I decided October 13 to add a different (supposedly “compatible”) device. At that point, it was as if I didn’t have an account at all so I contacted customer service again. This time, I was told it was all due to linking issues and settings on the target device. Throughout that chat session, I sent multiple screen recordings and screenshots showing the target device settings. Once again-acknowledgement issues were no fault of mine, but this time, solution was to “freeze the subscription to not lose days of subscription until I could get it to work”. At this point it’s obvious I need to cut the loss and forget it, which I did, until January 12, when I saw the $119.99 charge on January 8. I contacted customer service January 12. I received this response January 14-

I declined again, restating I just want the money back taken from my account that I did not authorize. No response. I sent 4 follow up emails throughout the rest of the week to follow up asking for the status as I had not received a response to the email declining the second offer, nor had I received anything indicating the refund was in progress. After emailing this morning and contacting two agents through chat, while writing this I’ve just received a response, which is essentially no response because still no effort to correct, just continued negotiation.

All things considered, the initial “offer” was ridiculous, but not surprising. After two weeks, 12 emails, and 3 chat sessions, it’s now offensive. Fighting to get money back they feel entitled to negotiate with, considering returning anything other than the amount unauthorized amount taken has been frustrating enough. But today, finally receiving a response I expected informing me it’s been resolved-is instead that I should appreciate their generosity and willingness to offer a partial 50% refund, denying any accountability that’s clearly already been owned in the very first response of the thread AND placing it blame on me-I am truly at a loss what to do next. But I can honestly say starting the very first day in August to now,I’ve never experienced a more immoral company proven so by its horrific customer service in my life.

Desired outcome: FULL REFUND of $119.99 fraudulently charged.
