Please I received the attached with my above card fraudulent debited. I never order for your product nor authorize the payment.

I request therefore that the invoice is canceled and my card is refunded as soon as possible.

Do note that I am sending this email a day -17/07/2023 before effectiveness of the subscription date on the invoice -18/07/2023 .

Please, I will appreciate a response

MyCommerce AnyUnlock-iMobie

On 12/28/2022, I purchased the activation of the AnyUnlock application from the seller iMobie for 29.45 for one year, and when I tried to activate the application after sending my order number from the seller, which is [protected], it turned out that the application had a problem with not recognizing the devices connected to the laptop via the cable. On 12/29/2022, I asked imobie to restore My money because I did not benefit from the application, and since that date, the seller imobie did not return my money, but rather referred me to Mycommerce, and they are like the seller, procrastinating and lying for the time, and promised me to return my money within 5-7 days, and again he falsely claimed that he had transferred my money, and when I asked for the reference number, he did not respond to me yet, and this is evidence of his lie

MyCommerce Restoring iphone software

This is by far the worst company I have ever had to go through I purchased a software to restore my iPhone and it did not work at all when I canceled and requested a refund due to defective product I had to reach out a total of three times before anybody even reached back out to me and then when they finally do reach back out they decide they don't want to refund my money they told me they declined it so basically my money just got stolen for a product that I had no use of I will never recommend anybody use their products ever if you do you're a crazy person because they're just going to steal your money too

MyCommerce mac video downloader

Purchased the above for £93.60 on 11 January 2019 and got a receipt. Product did not work for me and I asked for a refund. 3 Emails on 1 Feb and 1 on4 Feb and there were others all sent to the Email addresses the company provided. They had stated that you could get a refund within 30 days. Apart from the receipt that they sent me, none of the other Emails were answered, and I was sent the notice "undeliverable". As I did request the refund within the stipulated time I feel well and truly cheated. Can you help?
