I would have give Whatsapp business 5 star but I won’t be able to do that cause of the challenges I’ve been facing while using the app.
Ever since the last time I updated my Whatsapp business app, it have been malfunctioning ie I find it difficult to update my status and whenever I try updating my status, I stopped receiving messages and my messages don’t deliver. 3 days ago I tried backing up my chart and uninstalled my Whatsapp business, then I reinstalled and recovered my charts but so far I’ve seen no improvement nor changes, it won’t just stop malfunctioning and it’s affecting me seriously. Please help find solution to this

I just updated my whatsapp business just because i was waiting for this feature for so long. It is not showing up on the mobile phone number registration page. I have a regular WhatsApp messenger on my phone too. And dont know whether its the same case there cause i don’t want to risk it by deleting.

Interestingly i have a second older iphone xr. And i updated both whatsapp messenger and WhatsApp business on it too. And what happens is that i see the option saying ‘Or link this device to an existing account’

On that second phone i have neither WA messenger nor WA business registered.

I hope this is a bug and will be fixed soon.

WhatsApp Business me suspendió/bloqueó una cuenta asociada a un número telefónico que adquirí especialmente para atender a los clientes de mi negocio. Apelé al Soporte de WhatsApp para que me ayudaran a resarcir este problema. Sin embargo, solamente me responden con mensajes predeterminados y sin ninguna información de valor que me sirva para resolver el asunto. Estoy bastante triste, indignado y además me siento estafado, porque perdí dinero al haber comprado una línea que no podré utilizar y tampoco tengo cómo atender a mis clientes. Solicito ayuda de un personal de Soporte humano con quien pueda sostener una conversación para solventar mi problema, por favor.

La app está bien, es rápida consume pocos datos (dependiendo de las opciones de tráfico de datos)
Pero arrastran un problema tanto en WhatsApp como en WhatsApp business, que al buscar, enviar o guardar stickers animados la app se cierra repentinamente.
Además también se queda estática cuando uno envía un Memoji en los chats.
Este problema no es de mi iPhone únicamente, la he probado en otro iPhone (actualmente tengo un XS Max) pero mis amigos tienen iPhone 12 Pro Max y les pasa lo mismo.
Es difícil querer enviar o guardar un sticker animado. Por la app se cierra.
Por favor resuelvan eso.
Se que pasan trabajando muy duro para estar en donde están hasta el momento.

WhatsApp business freezing
After the recent update, whenever I send 10-15 photos at once , tha app freezes Instantly and I am not able to work anymore for quite some time . Please rectify the same. Not sure whether it a bug.

As a business we need to send photos to all our contacts on a daily basis , which is taking up a lot of memory on our mobiles It becomes difficult to delete each and every one of the message received or sent These photos may become obsolete after a certain period.There should be a feature where we a user can select an individual month in which they can delete the entire conversation along with the media of that particular month. It would be very helpful if such a feature can be added

Been using this app for nearly 1 year now, two creepy things going on recently:

1. Camera light remains active hours after WhatsApp call is over, and notification panel on iPhone shows that camera is being used by WhatsApp. I need to restart phone to stop this. Why is WhatsApp continuing to access my camera hours after call ends?

2. During video call from iPhone to Android, WhatsApp video on Android shows screen grabs of my camera video from 2 to 30 mins ago. Is my video call being recorded and stored without my consent? Why else are video recaps from 30 mins ago popping up suddenly for a split second? I refuse to believe that any buffer memory stores 30 mins of video. Many people are reporting similar concerns online.

What’s going on, Meta?

My account keeps logging out yesterday. I tried to log in and the code was sent to SIM card. It happened again and now their asking for a two step verification code I don’t remember adding. And now they’re sending the reset code to an email I don’t remember adding. Because at what step does WhatsApp ask for emails to be added to account? I’ve checked all my emails, deleted and reinstalled the apps, restarted my phone several times and it’s not work. This is really frustrating me. I don’t have to pay for WhatsApp having a poor security system because my SIM card is here so how is someone else else using my number for WhatsApp or whatever the case. Kindly direct me on how to get my number back because I searched the internet and there’s nothing helpful there.

I have been using this app over 5 years already, and my app stopped working all of a sudden. I tried to delete and reinstall the app numerous times. I tried activating on different phones, same result. And after multiple tries of trying to activate on different phone, even my account got temporarily banned.
I see the messages flowing on the background as I receive the banner notifications. However I cannot see the messages, I cannot sync with WhatsApp Web or WhatsApp Desktop app.
Upon emailing numerous times, it is obvious that each time different person replies and responses are irrelevant.
I tried to activate on regular WhatsApp App (not business), even that didn’t work. It is obvious something happening with my account(phone number), and it is not the application.

I sincerely love WhatsApp Business because with this app I could assigned a telephone number to my business and separate my personal number from it. It’s so genuinely designed for businesses with all the features you can apply it on your account; like: arrange chats, assign labels for easy follow ups, quick replies, have available business hours for your possible clientele! It’s amazing!

I would love it even more, if WhatsApp Inc., could have WhatsApp Business compatible with iPad, because a great volume of businesses have an iPad for their daily business operation's. It could work with WiFi Only iPad’s and also with the iPad’s that work with cellular connection. It would be a tremendous great opportunity to continue with the growth of WABusiness downloads with a next update making it available and compatible for iPad.

Can I get my WhatApp account unbanned since I never used yet or created one. phone number (xxx) xxx-xxx… I just downloaded the app today and I was banned before I even logged into it.

Should notify if someone take a screenshot of chat or picture if sent using VIEW ONCE. If read receipt is turned off, you should still be able to see those who viewed your pictures or text Like buttons should be available on messages, pictures and videos while chatting Animation emojis just like Telegram will be good for WhatsApp either Fix DELETE FOR EVERYONE issue, you won’t delete for everyone sometimes when others reads messages If messages hasn’t been read, you should still be able to delete for everyone that the user won’t even read it at all. (Sometimes, if messages hasn’t delivered, other will still get it if you delete for me) that’s wrong please fix it. And less I forget , we want same backup for iOS and Android so far we were using the same email address. And lastly, it keeps showing pop messages after message has been deleted. Thank you

Firstly I’d like to commend u guys for creating such a fantastic updated version by including voice notes recording to WhatsApp status, to be honest it’s so good.
But it’s got few bugs and you’ve got to fix them;
1) once I go offline and I get back online I won’t see any status that was posted while I wasn’t online and it’s heartbreaking especially for business owners like us, we post goods available for sale and most of our customers are unable to see them and patronize us because they were not online the moment we updated our status.
2) As a business owner I have lots of contacts of customers but due to the traffick on the app my WhatsApp hangs really bad I find it difficult to post on my status and if atall I try to it take up to 1hr before my post finally get uploaded. Pls this is really frustrating pls fix it before I start considering abandoning WhatsApp for another social media app that doesn’t glitch. Thank you.

I’m enjoying WhatsApp and it’s really helping my God’s given Ministry (JESUS ENDTIME FIRE MINISTRY OF GOD) a lot. I recommend WhatsApp for all Glorious God’s created social Animals all over the world. Thank you WhatsApp. However, There are just two very serious issues I will like to recommend for the next version upgrade. They are:
1). Fix Auto Repeat Voice Record: There are very important and extremely precious voice records that requires to be automatically repeated without having to keep pressing the play button each time. Please kindly Fix this in the next version upgrade. I strongly believe it can be fixed.

2). Fix Auto Recall Previous status updates: There are very important status updates that needs to be repeated or recalled. I want to believe it’s possible to fix the auto recall according to their time and dates.

Please kindly consider these two issues for the next version updates. I wish for WhatsApp to Live Forever in JESUS NAME.

First and foremost ; I’d like to say a huge and fantastic thank you for creating such a resourceful app, it’s the best thing for businesses out there at the moment . Sincerely it’s so good. But it’s got a few bugs that we’ve got to fix up. Anytime I send a status update or delete one ; my WhatsApp goes out of service , it just hangs and you can’t click anything at all. Nothings gonna work for about 5 minutes and it’s frustrating . The same thing happens when I put my data connection on and opens the app: it just goes out of function for a while. Yesterday i was receiving status updates from other contact but I was unable to upload mine, I mean the whole day , people sent me text (chats) but my response refuses to send out . I thought it was going to last a few hours and itd be back up but no, it started aabout 4:30pm yesterday sept 14 and till this moment it’s still like that ; I mean today is 10:05 sept 15 . Had to delete and now downloading all over , chats lost cos if I recover chats I might face the same predicament please help us fix this. Nonetheless, you’ve got a great app here. Kudos

I have a concern and complaint! I want to bring to the Attention of the app developers that once someone in a group chat is officially removed by Admin that same person can and will be added again automatically if that person has a backup. By having a back up of the group chat once the person deletes and restores the app information the person will be added back to the group by default without Admin knowing. However other participants can see that the person is added. Admin does not have the ability to remove again. because the person appears “ghost” to everyone in the list of group participants but the person can still see and be apart of the chat! Please update this as soon as possible this is clearly a glitch that needs prompt attention!

I also have a few suggestion, Once someone is formally removed from a group by Admin all information from that group should disappear ex: previous group chat messages and participants info etc

Next Admin should have the ability to block person from the group even with a reset link the blocked individual should not be able to enter group.

Also Admin should also have the ability to select which individuals can send messages in the group right now it’s only two options which is only Admins can send messages or All participants can send messages. Again there should be another option to select which in visual can participate or an option to block and unblock an individual from participating.

Lastly the Admin should have the ability to delete any participant or spam messages for all. So the entire group will not be able to view the message.

That particular day I was using gb Whatsapp so it got to a time I was temporarily banned due to spam so the next day they restore the account again and I continued using the gb Whatsapp till they permanently banned the account. so please this particular account is very important to me and I want it restored back for usage.

Am currently having a bad experience with this new WhatsApp business app I just downloaded, it’s not opening after I updated the app it was doing the same so I decided to delete and download a new one, still the same ‍♂️

There is a bug after the update where I can no longer Copy text that I search up from the search feature.

Hello I just upgraded my iOS device, and I reinstalled WhatsApp business on my phone. Now the app isn’t loading at all. Since I downloaded it, it just freezes at the landing page(first page) for a long time and returns to the Home Screen. What do I do to rectify that?

I was able to use WhatsApp business for some years now, it just stopped working on my phone and I noticed it has not been the same as other iPhone users as they are able to launch on other iPhone, but don’t wanna launch on my iPhone Please help fix the bugs avoiding it to launch on my phone

The most simple yet crucial option that every messenger app needs to have is delivering Messages! Yet, WhatsApp Business doesn’t include this! I don’t receive 1 out of 20 messages that have been sent to me… and in most cases I will miss out on the important stuff due to this Major bug…
If this bug doesn’t get fixed, then the app isn’t efficient at all… please fix this issue…

If I’m posting status it’ll hang, it’ll be connecting others will see I’m online and will be able to text me but I can’t reply until I delete the status or the status fail by itself then my messages will be delivered. At times I delete and reinstall WhatsApp business twice a day just to deliver the messages. Work on that thanks .

If there is a review like - a star, i will give this current version of whatsapp business. I thought my phone was having some issue until I discovered that it was the app. I can’t take pictures with the app, I can’t sent pic or update my status. I can’t pick whatsapp calls, I can’t do anything except chatting. It’s always hangs. This is for business and I won’t want to keep my customers waiting. Work on this please.

Honestamente WhatsApp se ha convertido para mí en una plataforma necesaria para mi día a día. Me está enojando mucho que la aplicación me está sacando mucho. Y está pasando con los usuarios de iPhone. Antes no me pasaba en Android. Resuelvan eso porque realmente me está haciendo enojar bastante. Wait Mack zuckerberg I heard it on CNN that whatsapp,WhatsApp business,Instagram and Facebook is down because I’ve been trying to reload messages on my WhatsApp for over 5hrs now and it ain’t going through. It’s so important for me to open that app it’s so important including my normal WhatsApp which is my Nigerian line abeg .God no go spoil your own o even Instagram no dey work .
